Background / History

Xiao Yun transmigrated from Earth and spent eighteen years living on the Douluo Continent. Although he initially appeared to lack innate talent, Soul Power, and an influential background and therefore could not follow the ordinary Soul Master path, he lived quietly as the proprietor of Yunlai Tavern outside Heaven Dou City, maintaining his health through exercises remembered from Earth. 1

His circumstances changed after his conflict with Shrek Academy and the intervention of an unknown supreme being, who bestowed upon him a sealed Chaos Supreme Treasure pagoda. Xiao Yun swore to retaliate against Tang San and began seeking the strength and opportunities needed to disrupt Tang San’s rise. 3

After entering the Vast Wilderness World, Xiao Yun became the Lord of White Jade Capital. There, he inherited the Sword Immortal Li Bai legacy, commanded War Spirits, and began cultivating Spiritual Power rather than Soul Power.
