The admirable trait of retreating without a fight was almost impossible to find in such a creature.
After all, it was not Godzilla—outwardly fierce and imposing, but with Luo Bing controlling everything inside.

However, Godzilla's tiny little arms made him abandon that thought in an instant and switch to using his tail hammer!
At the bottom of the deep sea, the two monsters collided with a thunderous crash!
The Atomic Breath struck a portion of the enemy's body directly. It crackled like meat grilling on an induction cooker, and Luo Bing could even smell the scent of cooked flesh.
The Atomic Breath had landed, but the tail hammer that followed a moment later missed.
After all, the enemy had launched an ambush. Other than the instant-cast Atomic Breath, every other attack had been a beat too slow.
Then, after forcefully taking the Atomic Breath, the monster Luo Bing had encountered at close range roared and wrapped itself around his body!
Only then, as his vision cleared and the distance closed, did Luo Bing recognize what kind of monster it was!
It had a slender body like an enlarged giant python, a pair of thin fleshy wings faintly visible on its back, and no attack methods beyond its sharp fangs and incredibly resilient serpentine body!
It was a monstrous giant python with miniature chicken wings and a body enlarged countless times over!
"Serpent King! Monster Codename: Snake King!"
Luo Bing recalled its codename, though he could not remember its exact stats.
Still, he was certain that none of its stats exceeded 9, because he remembered every monster with a stat above 9 very clearly!
"Watch me show you a special trick!"
"It's called tearing snake meat apart with my bare hands!"
After successfully ambushing him, Serpent King immediately used its attack technique, coiling around Luo Bing in preparation to crush him alive!
It was difficult to suffocate a monster to death, but as long as it crushed the monster's internal organs, victory could still be achieved.

At that moment, the cockpit alarm suddenly blared!
With lightning-fast speed, Lin Wange put on her helmet within a second and took her position at the main controls.
A virtual panel lit up before the two of them.
On the panel, a scene of a burly giant beast engaged in close combat with a hundred-meter giant python came into view!
In the lower-right corner of the panel, a smaller window occupying one-eighth of the display showed a half-body image of General Luo.
"This footage was captured one hundred and twenty li southeast of the battlefield!"
"This mysterious monster that appeared on the North Sea battlefield has now reappeared one hundred and twenty li to the southeast, where it is engaged in a deadly battle with Serpent King!"

Then, after creating enough space, it instantly fired another Atomic Breath directly at Serpent King's head!
After a burst of imagined sizzling and melting sounds, half of Serpent King's body had been scorched into a completely different color from the rest!
After crushing Iron Hammer to death, this mysterious monster displayed its might once again. Without pausing for even a moment, it went after Serpent King and effortlessly dominated it!
The combat power displayed by this monster was undoubtedly the greatest among the newly emerged monsters of the past two years!
"Based on the route map analyzed by the Analysis Department, this mysterious monster appeared one hundred and twenty li southeast in such a short time. Its speed stat is preliminarily estimated at no less than 6, and it may very well have reached 7!"
General Luo, in the lower-right corner of the large screen, began introducing Serpent King.
"Monster Codename: Snake King! Length: 112 meters. Speed: 8. Strength: 6. Armor: 5!"
"Last year, Serpent King came ashore on the Lighthouse West Coast, where it was driven back by Whirlwind Eleven. This Serpent King is similar in length to the one that landed on the West Coast, so it can almost certainly be identified as the same one!"
"Clearly, Serpent King is more adept at fighting on the sea surface. Yet even in its home territory of the ocean, it is still being beaten into a complete rout by this mysterious monster."
"After discussion, the experts in our Analysis Department have reached a unanimous conclusion. This newly emerged monster may be another terrifying existence capable of overturning the current situation!"
A monster capable of overturning the current situation?
The sisters Lin Wange and Lin Changge looked at each other, shock written across both their faces as they exclaimed in unison:
"King of Monsters?"
These world-shaking monsters that brought terrifying catastrophes had a common designation, a title that filled all humanity with dread:
King of Monsters!
A prime example was Shangang.
Shangang: Height: 135 meters. Speed: 5. Strength: 9. Armor: 10. Extremely toxic!
A true King of Monsters, and one that had personally destroyed more than one mech!
Destroyed, not defeated!
Destroyed meant the pilots died and the mechs were ruined!
Luo Bing's parents had been piloting Storm Red when it was destroyed by Shangang!
Storm Red, the culmination of the most advanced technology, had ultimately had only one left arm barely recovered. That showed just how terrifying Shangang, this King of Monsters, truly was!
Oh, right.
The battlefield where Storm Red clashed with Shangang was Malaya. That battle was also known as the Malaya National Destruction War.
The East and West had joined forces, deploying five mechs in total: two from the Far East, two from Lighthouse, and one from Malaya itself.

And now, the mysterious monster that had just appeared on the North Sea battlefield, that had seemingly helped humanity and specifically attacked other monsters, was actually a King of Monsters?
Lin Wange's scalp tingled as she listened. Even Lin Changge, who was always composed and cool, her image that of an icy beauty, now had her small mouth slightly open, her face filled with shock.
Lin Changge shook her head and could not help questioning him.
"Uncle Luo, it probably hasn't reached the power level of a King of Monsters yet, right?"
That was right. In Lin Changge's view, Godzilla had clearly not reached Shangang's level.
Although the satellite footage on the large screen showed Godzilla beating Serpent King from start to finish, it was now even using both hands to tear at Serpent King's jaws, ripping it directly into two halves!
