Background / History

Blood Corpse True Person operated in Yuanshan City for more than a decade under the identity of a rogue cultivator, concealing his role as an Underworld Demon Cultivator. He maintained the Corpse Refining Cave deep in the mountains, where he refined corpse puppets and hid his operations behind a second-grade Mist Array. 16 20

The cave contained three corpse pools: two for refining Grade 1 Corpse Puppets and one for Grade 2 Corpse Puppets, which required Foundation Establishment cultivation to create. He had five Qi Refining disciples, including Song Qing, Xie Shi, Si Xuesong, and Wu Yi. 5 6 8

Lu Qingshan recognized Blood Corpse True Person beside Wu Yi at the Great Xia Trading Company and gave Zhishou Tower intelligence identifying him as an Underworld member. Jiang Rong traced his residence, anticipated the exits of his five escape passages, and captured him with a Spirit Binding Rope. 16 19 20

Zhishou Tower imprisoned him in its Prison Department and placed dozens of restrictions on him. He resisted multiple interrogations without revealing information, but Lu Qingshan acquired custody of him as payment for further intelligence.
