The Dwarves Built Their City Ahead of Time; Abducting the Rune Smiths
Under the deep night sky.
Bitter winds swept over the Azerlisia Mountains.
Wrapped in a black robe, Tang Zheng hovered in midair, wearing a monocle magic item with the ability "Night Vision" as he watched a fortress below.
That was Dwarf territory!
Rustle, rustle.
The biting wind made his black robe flap, but high in the air, in the dead of night, that slight noise would not alert the fortress below.
His purpose on this trip was to obtain the Rune Smiths among the Dwarves.
To make use of these Dwarf craftsmen, he naturally needed to establish contact with the Dwarves. The best method was the Bone Lord's approach.
He could use the threat of the Zern to make demands of the Dwarves, then take the Rune Smiths away after repelling the Zern, establishing something like diplomatic relations with the Dwarves along the way.

Then he, a human who had appeared among the Dwarves, a mysterious figure who also wanted Rune Smiths, would come to the Bone Lord's attention. That was not something Tang Zheng wanted to see.
Aside from their Rune Smiths, the Dwarves had nothing that interested Tang Zheng, so after some consideration, he decided on the simplest method.
Abduction!
Tang Zheng slowly descended from the sky, and the things below gradually became clear through his Night Vision magic item.
The Great Rift.
It was a terrifying geographical feature in the Azerlisia Mountains, over sixty kilometers long and around
