One was through the Shadow-Stealing Bats left with several adamantite-rank adventurer teams and important figures involved in the earlier Draconic Kingdom Ruins Incident.
These monsters came from Black Crevice Alley, one of the twelve buildings in the Guild's Outer City, and possessed exceptional concealment abilities.
They were roughly on par with the Great Tomb's Shadow Demons (Lv. 30). Unless someone possessed outstanding detection abilities like Aura, they would probably go unnoticed under normal circumstances.
Even discovery would not compromise their usefulness.
The destruction of a Shadow-Stealing Bat was itself a piece of intelligence, indicating that something had happened to the person under surveillance.
During the Draconic Kingdom Ruins Incident, they had arranged for the Shadow-Stealing Bats to become perfectly plausible spoils for those people.

His gaze grew slightly more solemn. He had already pieced together a rough picture of the situation in the Draconic Kingdom.
