The All-Europe Wizarding Duel Competition was held once every four years. This year's competition was being held in Paris, and wizards of all ages who had distinguished themselves in their national wizarding duelling tournaments had arrived at the French Ministry of Magic over the past few days to register.
Professor Flitwick and Charlie had met Madame Maxime during registration, and they explained the competition rules to Moriarty in detail.
The competition was divided into an adult division and a minor division, with a brutal elimination format. Fleur and Charlie had already registered for the minor division.
"So you want me to enter the minor division and represent Hogwarts?" Moriarty's lips curled into a faintly mocking smile.

Moriarty looked deeply into Dumbledore's eyes. The old man's gaze was clear and bright, and he could read the plea within it.
After thinking it over, Moriarty agreed. He had indeed been living rather tiredly lately. Going to play with some Eastern European children did not sound too bad.
