While Jiang Dali was painstakingly studying the technique of Shattering the Void, an imperial decree issued by the Sacred Dynasty Regent King was delivered to the Black Wind Stronghold headquarters through the Sacred Dynasty ambassador stationed at Black Wind Stronghold in the Vassal State of Song. The news caused an immediate uproar across the world.
It had to be known that when Jiang Dali was granted the title of Sacred Dynasty Marquis of Might, the Sacred Dynasty official responsible for delivering the decree had not returned to the Sacred Dynasty. Instead, in an unprecedented move, he had chosen to remain near Black Wind Stronghold in Song and establish the Sacred Dynasty Embassy to Black Wind.
This was the first time the Sacred Dynasty had established an embassy in any Vassal State other than Qin and Han. Moreover, it was not an embassy named after Song, but one named after a faction within Song's territory.
Yet rather than being enraged or raising objections, the Song imperial family had been ecstatic, while the other Vassal States had looked on with envy.
After all, having the Sacred Dynasty establish an embassy was an incomparably glorious matter for any Vassal State other than Qin and Han, and one that was extremely difficult to achieve. It meant that domestic difficulties in state affairs could henceforth be relayed to the Sacred Dynasty through its ambassador. Even impeaching other Vassal States could be done more quickly, granting them the advantage of proximity.
Given Song's national strength, it would never have dreamed of having the Sacred Dynasty establish an embassy there. Yet now, riding on the prestige of Black Wind Stronghold Master Jiang Dali becoming a
