Crystal Dust looked human, except for the gems of assorted colors embedded at every joint and in various other parts of his body. This was his second planar trade and his first time attacking a lower civilization. He found it especially novel, and, getting into the spirit of things, began displaying a higher civilization being's magnanimity, hypocrisy, and unconcealable sense of superiority.
"You know, I never really wanted to fight. It was only self-defense. I accidentally—"
"Of course, none of that matters. What matters is that I'm a planar merchant."
"Ever since I was little, I've kept my great-grandfather's teachings firmly in mind. He is a respected Void God. He said that, as a planar merchant, seeking business opportunities and reaping profits is the noblest mission."
"Of course, as a member of a higher civilization, I received a standard moral education from childhood. I won't force you excessively..."
"It's just that you attacked me first, so I can only exercise a little of my privilege."
"I am a moral, courteous higher being. I won't strip you of your True King positions. However, I hope we can make a trade. If possible, let me receive the deity's reward in place of the final True King..."
"It might not work, but if it does, I'll reward you handsomely..."
"After that, I hope to make another trade with you all. You'll offer your respective worlds' specialties, knowledge, cultivation methods,
"Information, and everything else, while I'll give you some higher-grade treasures to cultivate with..."
Crystal Dust went on and on, but his aim was nothing more than making money.
Far-Reaching Feng, the strongest of the Extraterrestrial Giants, said, "As far as I know, you're bound by the rules of higher civilizations, aren't you?"
Crystal Dust carried an implement with a translation function. He nodded.
