The discovery of complete Golden Pages gave Zhou Leng access to moving, intact characters unavailable in ordinary relic research. He initially could not retain even one character without mental exhaustion, but eventually mastered the first character through repeated memorization and Mind Training 14 26.

Zhou Leng later anonymously deciphered most of the Ancient River Stele, identifying it as a trial inscription and correcting prior interpretations of key terms such as “child” or “disciple.” His work caused major disruption in the worldwide research community 111.

By memorizing the relevant character, Zhou Leng received a visualized posture and true-qi circulation route for the first form of the Standing Elephant Chapter 26.

Ancient King’s Treasure

Zhou Leng identified writing errors in the treasure's inscriptions and recognized that Mountain Furnace and High Earth Flower had learned Divine Script incorrectly throughout their lives 136 144.

He became the only student to complete the Sprite's first pronunciation lesson, receiving a starlight flower as his reward 138. He then survived the Divine Script trials, including Divine Script Overload and Disorderly Spirit Sound 141.

Ancient River Sect Inheritance
