East Blue, Cocoyasi Village.

"Senga, are you heading out to sea today?"

An elderly woman stood at the entrance of the butcher shop and called out to a young man. The youth had a slender, handsome build, standing nearly two meters tall with a cold, stern expression. His black hair was tied back casually, and his fair skin was covered by a black robe featuring a ping-pong ball-like pattern on the back. He wore a pair of brown gloves on his hands.

What was most unforgettable were his eyes. They were purple, each filled with concentric black ripples that radiated a sense of mystery and danger.

A faint smile appeared on the youth's cold face as he nodded at the old woman.

The youth was named Uchiha Senga. To be precise, he did not belong to this world. He had originally come from a planet called Blue Star and was an orphan who had accidentally transmigrated into the world of the Naruto manga, becoming a member of the Uchiha Clan.

There, after his second-life parents gave him the name Uchiha Senga, they died on the battlefield. Relying on his memories from his previous life, he became friends with Minato Namikaze early on. After learning the Flying Thunder God Technique, he believed he had the strength to protect himself, so he used a mission as an opportunity to fake his death and remain outside Konoha.

When he regained his senses, he was already on a small island, and his body had regressed to the state of a six-year-old.

He hurriedly checked his physical state after the transmigration. Fortunately, the Hashirama Cells and the Rinnegan he had worked so hard to obtain were still there, though due to his physical regression and the exhaustion of his Pupil Power, he could not utilize much of his strength.

Since this wasn't his first time transmigrating, he quickly adjusted his emotions. After exploring the island for a day, he found this village called Cocoyasi.

When he saw a woman with wine-red hair and two little girls in the village—a woman named Bellemere—his distant memories from his previous life reminded him that he had arrived in the world of One Piece.

Since he was here, he would make the best of it. The villagers were simple and warm-hearted. Although his eyes made them feel afraid, Granny Lisa at the butcher shop couldn't bear to see a six-year-old child wandering alone and took him in.

Based on the combat performance in the anime from his previous life, Senga estimated that without using various special abilities, his current strength had reached the level of an average Vice Admiral in the Navy, though he was still a significant distance away from an Admiral.

In this life, he planned to join the Navy for the time being.

Joining the Navy was partly because, as a former Earthling, he felt a greater sense of identification with a military force and was resistant to becoming a pirate. After all, while the Navy in the Pirate World had its share of corruption and flaws, it was generally decent, and it was, at the very least, an official organization.

Pirates, on the other hand, were mostly murderers and thieves who stopped at nothing, with the exception of a few groups like the protagonists. Senga didn't consider himself a saint; back in the Naruto world, he killed those who provoked him without hesitation, but he still maintained his own moral bottom line.

On the other hand, joining the Navy would allow him to study the world's power system and provide more opportunities to come into contact with the specialty of the Pirate World: Devil Fruits.

He had no intention of eating a Devil Fruit. Possessing the Rinnegan, he already mastered the six types of Chakra nature transformations, so Logia fruits held little meaning for him.

The thousands of ninjutsu he had copied during his Sharingan days meant he didn't really need a Paramecia, and as for Zoan, it was redundant for him since he already possessed a Sage Body through the Hashirama Cells.
