Inside the office, Captain Mouse stared at a small chest of treasure on his desk with gleaming eyes. Drool from his mouth had already soaked the documents on the desk.

He shoved the drenched documents aside and hugged the treasure chest tightly to his chest, carefully counting the gold and jewels inside while muttering,

"Pirates really are generous. I couldn't save up this much treasure even after working for the Marines for years!"

"Does it look good?"

A voice suddenly rang out in the office, startling Captain Mouse so badly that he shuddered. The treasure chest in his arms fell to the floor, scattering all kinds of valuables everywhere.

Senga stood at the office doorway with his arms folded. Behind him was a group of Marines holding rifles, though their expressions were awful, and every one of their legs was trembling nonstop.

Just moments ago, Senga had descended from the sky. The surrounding Marines had immediately surrounded him, but Senga had not even moved. He had merely released a faint trace of Conqueror's Haki, and those Marines had rolled their eyes back and collapsed to the ground. They still had not woken up.

The remaining Marines did not dare step forward again. They knew they were no match for the man before them, but their identities as soldiers still compelled them to follow Senga all the way to Captain Mouse's office.

Captain Mouse was sprawled on the floor, frantically trying to gather the scattered treasure with his hands. But the more anxious he became, the less cooperative the treasure was. Whenever he tried to sweep it together with his arms, a few disobedient gold pieces and such would always slip through the gaps.
