Zhao Zilong killed Ji Wuye, completed the Asura God First Trial, and brought Zi Nu and Yan Lingji to Douluo Continent. As he began his next trial and settled them in Spirit City, Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu contested who would become the Spirit Hall Empire’s first heir.

• Zhao Zilong allied with Tian Ze to target Ji Wuye, but his first ambush killed only a lookalike, while Yan Lingji asked him to help free Tian Ze from Bai Yifei’s Gu poison.
• Wei Zhuang fought Tian Ze, negotiated Hong Lian’s release, and secured a bottle that could help Flowing Sand find the Gu Mother, and Yan Lingji then told Zhao Zilong that Flowing Sand had offered to help Tian Ze.
• After Tian Ze was blamed for a Qin envoy’s murder, Zhao Zilong revealed his Asura God exam and its requirement to kill Ji Wuye and expose his crimes, then killed Ji Wuye and made the crimes public.
• The First Trial completed, and the Asura God agreed that Zhao Zilong could take Zi Nu and Yan Lingji with him, and Zhao Zilong defeated Wei Zhuang, Gai Nie, and Luo Wang assassins before leaving Korea with them.
• Zhao Zilong brought Zi Nu and Yan Lingji to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Yue Yao awakened their Martial Souls and both women proved to have Innate Full Soul Power.
• Zi Nu and Yan Lingji each absorbed a thousand-year Soul Ring and reached Soul Power level 13, and Zhao Zilong then arranged their stay in Spirit City and gave them money and a Spirit Hall token.
• Bibi Dong told Zhao Zilong that his second trial required killing one hundred evil people and one hundred Evil Soul Beasts, while she prepared Spirit Hall’s founding ceremony and named him as her candidate for first heir.
• Qian Renxue challenged Zhao Zilong over their divine trials and sought the papacy and imperial throne, and Bibi Dong and Qian Daoliu then disagreed over the first heir, and Bibi Dong accepted a vote under Elder Hall rules.

Zhao Zilong and Qian Renxue traveled to Sea God Island, completed their Sixth Trial, and grew closer as they faced the Seven Sacred Pillars together. After Bo Saixi revealed her intent to kill Zhao Zilong during the Seventh Trial, she attacked him and Qian Renxue with the Sea God’s power.

• Zhao Zilong completed his Asura God Second Trial, then brought Qian Renxue and other companions to Sea God Island, where they received their assessments and Zhao gained a God-Bestowed Spirit Ring.
• Tang San confronted Zhao Zilong over Xiao Wu, but Seahorse Douluo stopped the dispute, and Zhao began his Sea God Fifth Trial to subdue Xiao Bai and defeat the Evil Orca King.
• Zhao Zilong and Qian Renxue killed the Evil Orca King, completed the Fifth Trial, and gained rewards that raised their Soul Power and Sea God Affinity.
• After a year of training, Zhao Zilong and Qian Renxue challenged the Seven Sacred Pillars, defeating several guardians and enduring the combined assault of the others.
• Zhao Zilong overcame Sea Illusion Douluo and Sea Ghost Douluo after rescuing Qian Renxue from their attacks, and Sea Woman Douluo surrendered.
• Zhao Zilong completed the Sixth Trial, absorbed a hundred-thousand-year spirit ring, and reached Soul Power Level 92, while Qian Renxue confessed she had loved him for a long time.
• Zhao Zilong exposed Bo Saixi’s plan to kill him during the Seventh Trial, but Bo Saixi attacked him and Qian Renxue with Sea Burial and Sea God’s Restraint.
