Background

Qian Renxin is a transmigrator who arrived in the Douluo world as the child of Bibi Dong and Qian Xunji. He was born half a minute before Qian Renxue, making him her older twin brother. Though raised under the protection of Qian Daoliu and Qian Xunji, he grew up aware of Bibi Dong’s hostility toward the Qian family and their fractured household 1.

At his Martial Soul awakening, Qian Renxin expected to inherit the Six-Winged Angel Martial Soul. Instead, opposing light and dark energies fused into an unprecedented greatsword Martial Soul. His spirit power initially registered as Innate Full Spirit Power before divine forces elevated it to Innate Level Thirty; Qian Daoliu recognized the event as an inheritance from two deities 3 4.

The God of Good and the God of Evil jointly selected him to inherit both God King positions, issuing a nine-part Godly Inheritance Trial. He completed the first Good and Evil assessments by using the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well’s opposing poisons to balance and refine both Origin Powers at once 5 13.

Qian Renxin later revealed that his power consists of three Martial Souls: Divine, Demonic, and Human. After learning that Qian Renxue’s Angel God inheritance would require Qian Daoliu’s sacrifice, he resolved to obtain the Good and Evil God King positions before she inherited the Angel God position 6.

Qian Renxin is calculating and exceptionally long-sighted. He conceals the full extent of his Innate Level Thirty spirit power and three Martial Souls from potential peers, plans his spirit-ring combinations in advance, and delays absorbing God-bestowed rings until his cultivation can better support them 8 14.

He is protective of those he considers family. He comforts Qian Renxue during her awakening, guides her cultivation, and intervenes to prevent Bibi Dong from killing Qian Xunji despite understanding her desire for revenge 1 29 31. He also works to repair Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue’s relationship rather than allowing their family to remain divided 32 33.

As a leader, he cultivates loyalty through resources and opportunity. He distributes Immortal Herbs to Spirit Hall elders, supports the growth of Hu Liena and Xie Yue, and later exempts the populace from taxes for a year upon becoming Pope 12 67 68. His stated long-term objective is to unify the continent under Spirit Hall 68.

Martial Soul Awakening and Dual Divine Inheritance

Qian Renxin awakens the God-Demon Giant Sword rather than the Six-Winged Angel he anticipated. The God of Good and God of Evil subsequently select him as their shared inheritor, and he begins their nine-part trial by mastering both Origin Powers 3 5 13.

Star Dou Great Forest Expedition

Seeking unusually powerful spirit rings, Qian Renxin enters the Star Dou Great Forest with Yue Guan, Gui Mei, and Ling Yuan. He gains Spatial Leap from a Dark Void Leopard, acquires a second ring from the Swift Wind Wolf King, and reaches Level 35 after absorbing the Nether Dawn Lion King’s ring 16 17 18 20.

During this period, he forms an alliance with the Dark Demon Evil God Tiger, later called Xiao An, and seeks to establish spirit-soul arrangements with powerful soul beasts rather than simply killing them for rings 21 25.

Reconciliation in Spirit City

After returning to Spirit Hall, Qian Renxin gives Immortal Herbs to Qian Renxue and Spirit Hall’s Venerables. He confronts Bibi Dong over her planned revenge against Qian Xunji, then helps bring her back into Qian Renxue’s life 27 29 31 33.

Rise to Pope

Qian Renxin develops his body and spirit power through Whale Jelly, Premium Medicine, extreme-element cultivation, and extended seclusion. He reaches Spirit King at Level 50 and is inaugurated as Pope of Spirit Hall at age eleven, immediately declaring a one-year tax exemption for the public 47 54 66 67.

As Pope, he openly states his intention to unify the continent under Spirit Hall and pressures Xue Qinghe to help secure the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud in exchange for mercy toward the Heaven Dou royal family 68.

Sea God Island and City of Slaughter

On Sea God Island, Qian Renxin is initially considered by Poseidon as a successor but cannot inherit the Sea God position because he already carries the Good and Evil inheritances. He reaches the 160th Sea God Stairway step on his first attempt and later advances to Level 59 through Tidal Body Refinement 77 82.

He and Qian Renxue then enter the City of Slaughter. Under the name Good-Evil Asura, he wins one hundred consecutive Hell Slaughter Arena matches and earns the right to open Hell Road 87 88 89.

Soul Beast Diplomacy

Qian Renxin absorbs a four-hundred-thousand-year Dark Gold Dreadclaw Bear ring amid a confrontation between Spirit Hall and the Star Dou Core Region’s soul beasts 98. After reaching Level 65, he negotiates with Bi Ji and the Silver Dragon King to establish Bi Ji as an envoy between humans and soul beasts 102 103.

He continues expanding the spirit-soul system by converting Rou Tu into a spirit soul, contracting Little White, and planning further cooperation with soul beasts as part of his broader pursuit of divinity and continental control 103 106.
