After a long, tedious voyage, the spaceship, with all its lights on, came to a stop amid the dust.
The scattered dust was so dense that the navigation lights could not shine very far. Bai Yujun skillfully found a fissure in the Dust Cloud, arranged for the two juniors to take turns standing guard, then led Gan Wu, the astonished Ye Zi, and three other Daoist Immortals out of the cabin and toward the Dust Cloud fissure.
Ye Zi had considered that they might visit some mysterious place, but she had never imagined it would be the edge of the Primordial Universe...
Gan Wu marveled at the magnificent Dust Cloud.
"Junior Sister, why not organize a large-scale exploration force?"
Bai Yujun shrugged.
"I want to, too, but I have too many enemies. Once I've cleaned them up, I'll usher in a new era."
Gan Wu found that reasonable. Exploration teams in distant, remote regions could easily be ambushed, just as the Dragon Clan exploration team had failed back then, costing them many capable fighters as well.
Bai Yujun halted in midair and turned around. She kneaded two red pearls out of Solar True Fire and handed them to Ye Zi.
"You will remain in the fissure to explore. Act within your means. Do not leave the fissure and enter the chaos. Remember to stay vigilant at all times."
Ye Zi accepted the pearls with both hands.
"Rest assured, Martial Aunt."
Bai Yujun looked into the future and confirmed there would be no accidents. Only then did she and Gan Wu accelerate toward the chaos outside.
Gan Wu felt neither fear nor nervousness, only excitement and exhilaration.
Following Bai Yujun's experience, he first adapted to the chaos near the exit and learned how to adjust himself to draw energy from it.
