Their confrontation was interrupted by Moon King Haziyiluus and his Four Generals, mysterious intruders from another world whose power threatened the assembled demons.

  • Rias’s group battered Riser unconscious with attacks made effective by a cross, and Ravel pulled the cross from him and condemned Rias for working with the Church.
  • Tsubaki Shinra destroyed Ravel’s teleportation papers, and Rias and Sona refused to let her leave because she might learn Solomon’s secret.

  • The Four Generals launched a suicidal barrage to give their master a chance to escape, putting Ravel, Rias, and the others in danger.

  • Grayfia visited Rias and announced that the leaders of the Three Factions would meet in the city three days later.
  • Rias asked Grayfia about the twin-tailed girl, and Grayfia revealed that she was a Gremory whose bloodline was purer than Rias's.
  • Rias realized Grayfia's description might fit the supposedly deceased First Generation Gremory ancestor.

  • The leaders began discussing peace between angels, Fallen Angels, and demons, and Michael and Sirzechs challenged Asachel about collecting Divine Artifacts and the recent attack on a nun.
  • Asachel said he researched Divine Artifacts out of personal interest, usually with their holders’ consent, and claimed the attempt to seize the nun’s artifact had been an individual’s unauthorized act.

He offered the First Generation Gremory a way to become a Sovereign-class Demon God and asked her to join his Seventy-Two Pillars, but she demanded to know who he really was.

  • The mysterious man struck Vali with the Spear of Destruction, sending him through the barrier and into the night as blood mist marked where he had been.
  • Michael recognized Solomon’s Ring, and Asachel recalled King Solomon’s failed plan to transform the Seventy-Two Pillars of Demons into Demon Gods.
  • The First Generation Gremory appeared, revealed she had been summoned and kicked back into her sleep, and startled the assembled leaders.

Bai Yue used the Ring of King Solomon to bind Rias Gremory as one of his Demon God Pillars, and she discovered he was not the Solomon she remembered. She accepted the connection after receiving a memory from the real Solomon, while Michael suspected the revived King Solomon might become the angels’ hope.

  • Rias Gremory activated the card and Magic Array, transforming her power and establishing a contract with Bai Yue, but sensed that his soul was not King Solomon’s.
  • Bai Yue explained that the real King Solomon’s remaining will had told him about their agreement and asked Rias Gremory to trust him.
  • Rias Gremory accepted her place among Bai Yue’s Demon God Pillars and demanded to know his plans, but he withheld details because their conversations could leak through dreams.
  • Bai Yue left to find candidates for the Seventy-Two Pillars, and Rias Gremory realized only six had been confirmed, leaving sixty-six absent.

Ch. 122His Identity Revealed: He Is the Son of God from the Other Side! / Two New Pillars: The Catgirl Sisters!

Ravel proposed that the King Solomon in this world was the same person as the King Solomon from the parallel world, resurrected through this world’s King Solomon’s body. Rias, Sona, Akeno, and the others began to see evidence for her theory in his knowledge and their Demon God powers.

  • Ravel questioned why Haziyiluus had reacted so strongly to King Solomon, then learned from Xenovia that the otherworld King Solomon had died after defeating Satan and Beelzebub.
  • Xenovia warned that Evis Etourute might use Lumayidora’s time-transcending artillery to alter this world’s history and erase the counterparts of the humans who fought in the other world.
  • After Xenovia left, Ravel told Rias and the others that she suspected both King Solomons were the same person, revived in this world using its King Solomon’s corpse.
  • Ravel argued that the Moon King had recognized Solomon’s Time Temple and asked how he could be the Demon God King if he had died alongside Satan.

Rias, Sona, Kuroka, and their companions realized they had been transported to the Ragnarok arena and watched the second battle begin between King Solomon and Beelzebub. Beelzebub’s summoned monsters turned out to be feeding the Demon King Mara, which suddenly shifted the battle in his favor.

  • Ravel and the others watched the first match’s final strike in increasingly slowed footage and learned the second match would be a clash between Super Sovereigns.
