The Seeking the Dao Realm marks the transition from cultivating power to comprehending one’s personal Dao. Entry cannot be achieved through resources alone: a cultivator must identify and achieve enlightenment in their own path. Some remain unable to cross this threshold for life, while others enter it through sudden enlightenment 629.

Cultivators who enter this realm can maintain Dao Sense and clearly perceive their own Dao. Dao Sense is considered ethereal and difficult to grasp before this stage 90.

• The realm has no fixed sequence of numbered layers like the Divine Sea Realm’s ninety-nine layers; advancement depends on one’s degree of enlightenment 629.
• A cultivator’s Dao may stem from a spiritual root, an innate physique, a technique, a state of being, or a uniquely personal realization 588 594 621.
• The realm’s stated lifespan is ten thousand years 516.

Manifesting the Dao

A Dao Realm is the manifestation of a cultivator’s Dao as a tangible world. Within it, Dao intent can establish laws, alter the environment, and impose rules upon those trapped inside 286.

• Transform Void cultivators can construct Dao Realms by perfectly controlling their Dao 281 335.
• A Dao Realm can reshape heaven and earth, suppress enemies, and make its creator’s Dao dominant within its boundaries 90 286.
• Dao Realms account for the enormous gap between Transform Void cultivators and those at the Sense Void or Void Glimpse stages 286.
• A Transform Void cultivator may imbue their Dao into a natal artifact, allowing it to evolve into an autonomous or “unconscious” Dao Realm 281.
• Such realms can retain their power after their creator is absent; An Bulang used a Transform Void Grandmaster’s green-bronze natal weapon to trap a Seeking the Dao Realm opponent temporarily 335.

• Nine Suns Dao Realm — Tang Juzhu’s realm, which manifests nine blazing suns and uses Dao Power as fire to incinerate opponents 516.
• Nine Nether Dao Realm — Su Mu’s stable yet terrifying realm, born from her acceptance of the Nine Nether Cold Poison as her Dao 588.
• Dao Realm of Surfing — An Bulang’s realm, whose intent can take countless forms and eventually spread across an entire world at the Transform Void stage 623 680.

Combat Significance

• Newly entered Seeking the Dao cultivators are vastly weaker than those who have mastered Dao Realms 632.
• Seeking the Dao Realm cultivators are generally insurmountable opponents for Divine Sea Realm cultivators 436.
• In Ghost God Mountain, suppression of Immortal Platform power allows top Seeking the Dao Realm cultivators to contend with Tribulation Crossing cultivators; outside such conditions, a Tribulation Crossing Great Power can suppress Seeking the Dao cultivators with ease 575.
• Dao Realms can determine battles between cultivators of the same realm, as their laws may suppress, burn, bind, distort, or annihilate opposing Dao Power 286 516 667.

• An Bulang — Originally reached the Seeking the Dao Realm at age ten before being forced to re-cultivate from the Mystic Body Realm. He later re-entered the realm through his self-realized Dao of Surfing 5 621.
• Su Mu — Accepted the Nine Nether Cold Poison as her Dao, entering the realm before advancing directly to its peak through An Bulang’s Heavenly Wheel Three Lives divine art 587 588.
• Nalan Huangwu — A peak Transform Void expert of the Seeking the Dao Realm and wielder of the White Dragon Crystal Dao Realm 359.
