After leaving the stadium, Hermione found it even stranger.
She was absolutely certain that this was her first time meeting Viktor Krum, yet she kept feeling that the way he looked at her was odd, as though he had known her for a long time.
The more she thought about it, the stranger and more wrong it felt.
She was hardly some famous figure, just a young witch who had not even graduated yet.
When she returned to the Ministry of Magic lobby,
Vincent had already repaired the Magical Projection and was testing its operation.
Hermione stood beside him, weighed down by her thoughts.
"How are things over there?"
"Bo Ye is still decrypting your blueprints. The repairs should be done by tonight at the earliest."
Vincent looked away from the Magical Projection screen and immediately noticed that something was off with her.
He switched off the Magical Communicator on his wrist and asked with concern, "What's wrong? Did Fanny and Bo Ye offend you?"
Hermione gently shook her head and told him everything that had just happened without holding anything back.
Vincent did not find it strange after hearing her out.
He reached out, his fingertips lightly brushing the graceful curve of her cheek. "What's so strange about it? My girlfriend is so beautiful. Any normal man would want to get to know you properly."
Hermione caught his large hand and glanced around shyly. "Then should I have told him that I already have a boyfriend and made him give up sooner?"
Vincent raised an eyebrow. "Do I look like such a petty man?"
Hermione looked around again and, after making sure no one was paying attention, stuck out her tongue at him mischievously. "Hard to say. Maybe you'll corner him in an alley later and beat him up."
