Talented Successors in Every Generation
As soon as Jeans entered the first Chamber of Secrets, he saw Aaron S.P.E.W. while hugging a trash can.
Abei covered his eyes tightly, his white wings trembling as if he were having a nightmare.
"Young Master, you..."
"Don't talk." Aaron waved his hand with some difficulty. "Let me finish throwing up first, ugh..."
After a long while, Aaron finally managed to get used to the environment. Once he was standing, he looked at Jeans with a puzzled expression. "The last Chamber of Secrets was forging, but what about this one?"
Morgue? Incinerator? Or specimen storage?
"Um..." Jeans glanced at the various specimens of katana displayed on the wall, as well as the several corpses placed in the center, and raised his eyebrows slightly.
"This was my mistake. I should have prepared you mentally before the young master came in."
"Don't interrupt, tell me honestly what this place is for?"
"Just say it. There are all sorts of birds in a big forest; I can accept it if an evil Dark Wizard comes from the family."
Is it possible that this is an operating room?
"Heh! Heh heh!" Aaron sneered, then picked up Abei and carefully removed the two dragon claws covering its eyes.
"Are you kidding me?"
"The operating room can scare us like this? And..." Aaron pointed at several specimens, swallowed nervously, "A vampire's tooth, Dragon's head, Thunderbird's wing, and... that one still beating at a very low frequency should be Werewolf's heart!"
I've been in the Restricted Section of Hogwarts ' library for quite some time now; I recognize all these things. You're not trying to lie to me.
"But this is indeed an operating room," Jeans explained with a wry smile, "Although it's a bit special."
The young man in this Chamber of Secrets was also exceptionally talented at the time, and he enjoyed researching things and made some achievements in this area.
Even now, the Magic World enjoys the legacy it left behind.
Aaron paused for a moment, looking at the various objects in the room, as if he had figured something out.
"The line between genius and madness is very thin. He probably offended every race at the time!"
"Young master, you have really misunderstood. On the contrary, your ancestor was a guest of honor for all races at that time, and his influence was the highest among all generations of the family."
His family history records him as a peace ambassador. The relationship between the Blood Clan and werewolves in the dark world is extremely poor; those with bad tempers will fight to the death if they meet.
He had once prevented a great war between the Blood Clan and the werewolves, and even for a year after his death, the two tribes lived in peace.
"What the heck?"
Aaron was completely bewildered. He could understand if his ancestor was a notorious Dark Wizard or a pervert who liked to study Forbidden Magic, but wasn't calling him a peace ambassador a bit of an exaggeration?
"Then, how do we interpret these specimens?"
"Some were donated voluntarily before the funeral, some were bought from others, and some were sent over after the perpetrators of heinous crimes were executed."
In conclusion, the provenance of every specimen here is legitimate, and we can provide a satisfactory explanation even if their descendants come to us for help.
As you know, one of the secrets to the enduring prosperity of the Hidden Family is that they neither provoke nor fear the powerful.
Upon hearing this, Aaron's lips twitched violently, and even the tension and fear in his heart lessened considerably.
"What exactly did this ancestor do?"
"A healer, a healer for all races," Jeans explained proudly. "No matter what race you are, you won't offend a divine healer who can save your life."
Aaron nodded thoughtfully, which could be considered a reluctant acceptance of the explanation.
A skilled healer is highly respected everywhere, but this might be somewhat different in the Magic World, where strength is highly valued.
If it were an ordinary doctor, they wouldn't care, and might even try to control the situation. In a critical moment, they would put the Wand around the neck, and the doctor would have to save the patient whether they wanted to or not.
If it is a powerful healer, they will give him a certain degree of respect, because when a patient's life is hanging by a thread, whether he can live or die depends on his attitude.
If you really push them too far, they'll do something desperate. If you're not going to save them, then they naturally won't hold back.
But if it's a powerful medical institution with a strong background, then everyone only has one option: to win them over, at any cost.
"That's amazing! Absolutely amazing!"
To achieve this level of dedication in medicine is truly unique.
Jeans neither confirmed nor denied it, then gestured for it to proceed, and a black stone pillar, similar in style to the one in the previous Chamber of Secrets, rose from the center of the floor.
Aaron rolled his eyes and placed his palm on it.
Chamber of Secrets, specks of green light began to fall, and after a few seconds, these specks of light paused in mid-air and quickly gathered into a human figure.
As the light faded, a young man in his early teens, dressed in Warlock's robe, slowly walked over.
"Lord Mol," Jeans bowed respectfully.
"Is this the successor of this generation?"
"Yes, Aaron Gaius has crossed the threshold of twelve years old."
"Ancestor," Aaron smiled, "It's our first meeting, but having heard your legend, my admiration for you is as boundless as a surging river."
"Oh?" Mol stroked his chin, his gaze towards Aaron becoming more playful. "Interesting."
Gollum!
Aaron's heart skipped a beat. That look, that tone of voice... it all seemed so familiar!
"Little one, would you be interested in learning medicine from me?"
"I'm still young, let's talk about it in a few days!" Aaron politely expressed his refusal.
"Yes, I understand. It's hard to accept seeing this at the age of twelve."
"However..." Mol stopped mid-sentence, giving Jeans a sharp look, "Tell Vico that his son will be my apprentice from now on."
"This..." Jeans hesitated for a moment, then stammered, "But young master's opinion..."
"His opinion is not important, and I don't think he will refuse."
Right, little one?
Aaron nodded with a wry smile. What could he say? He couldn't say anything.
This ancestor Ba Wan also saw that he was hiding his strength. If he dared to say a word against it, he could reveal the secret in a heartbeat.
"Very good, I like children who know how to adapt to the times."
"What an excellent junior! One hour every day from now on, is that alright?"
"No problem," Aaron said with a forced smile. "Absolutely no problem."
"By the way," Mol lowered his head and looked at Abei with great interest, "Is this dragon your pet?"
I don't think I've ever seen this type of dragon before.
Aaron immediately hugged Abei tightly and explained, "Opportunities don't always come together, and when luck comes, you can't stop it."
"Don't be nervous. Unless there is certain danger, we old guys won't get involved in anything that concerns your generation."
These markings are for research purposes, but that doesn't mean I'm a pervert.
So don't worry, I'm not going to dissect it.
"I have complete faith in my ancestor's character," Aaron said seriously, but he held Abei's hand even tighter.
Mol raised an eyebrow, smiled without saying a word, but in his heart he was even more satisfied with this heir.
A person who knows how to conceal their talents and has sufficient vigilance will definitely live a long life.
"Jeans, this course isn't on his elective list, do you understand?"
"Aibai, Lord Mol." Jeans gave Aaron a particularly complex look, a look that contained both sympathy and relief.
Young Master's holiday is even shorter, but being taken in as a disciple by the two ancestors is an opportunity that is hard to come by, so it is worth the hard work.
"Very tiring!" Mol waved his hand, and the next door slowly opened. "Go on, time is precious, don't waste it."
"Yes!"
Jeans strode confidently, appearing particularly excited.
Under Mol's watchful gaze, Aaron, like a defeated soldier, dragged himself to the next Secret Chamber.
Creak!
As the main door closed, a third Secret Chamber appeared before the three of them.
The Secret Chamber is filled with all sorts of musical instruments, including pianos, harpsichords, electronic keyboards, guitars, basses, violins, cellos, and so on.
Modern, contemporary, and ancient musical instruments of all types are available here; you could definitely host a grand musical event for musicians.
"Call!"
Aaron breathed a sigh of relief, feeling a great weight lifted from his shoulders. Finally, a relatively normal situation had occurred.
"Is this person going to study music? Our family really does produce a lot of talented people!"
"This is indeed an indisputable fact."
Gaius seems to have been blessed by fate, with almost every generation producing outstanding individuals.
There are exceptions, though, but even so, they could guarantee at least three generations of glory within Pure-blood families. "Young Master, are you interested in this course?" Jeans explained proudly.
"It's so-so!"
Compared to blacksmithing, music is practically art.
"That means you're interested." Jeans pointed to the slowly rising black stone pillar, his meaning clear.
