"So weak," said Riddle with disdain. "Scum like you isn't worthy of fighting me."

Even using this piece of junk as a magic Wand is an insult to me.

"Why do you want to see me?" Harry asked, puzzled.

"Because of his identity." Aaron solemnly drew his Wand. "Tom Riddle's identity is not simple; it would absolutely scare people to death if I told you."

"You're smarter than I thought." A hint of amusement Riddle's face. "This secret is known to very few even in the Magic World."

"Perhaps those people are aware of it, but they just dare not say it."

"Haha, you're right, even Dumbledore wouldn't dare to reveal this secret to the public."

"What kind of riddle are you two playing?" Hermione asked, puzzled.

"Almost no one knows the name Tom Riddle, but his other identity is a household name, even more famous than Harry Potter." Aaron swallowed and said with a slightly bitter tone, "Voldemort, or you can call him the You-Know-Who."

"What?" Harry said incredulously. "That's impossible."

Hermione and Ron were trembling. The Dark Lord was right in front of them; it was impossible not to be afraid.

"You think it's impossible, Harry Potter?"

"Voldemort is my past, present, and future!" said Riddle, waving his Wand and writing his name in the air: Tom Marvolo Riddle.

The letters flashed with a red glow. With a wave of Riddle arm, all the letters began to rearrange, forming a line of words that sent chills down their spines: I am Voldemort.

"The case is solved, but the truth is always terrifying." Aaron shrugged, feeling incredibly frustrated.

Originally, I wanted to follow the professor and have a winning game, but unexpectedly, I took to the field myself, and the opponent was so strong that it was almost abnormal.

He was somewhat conflicted about whether to put all of his Magic Points into Magical Energy, since it was simply a pipe dream for a novice Magus like Shui to defeat the sixteen-year-old Dark Lord.

"I'm not going to keep my Muggle father's dirty surname, so I've given myself a new name."

When I become the greatest Warlock in history, all Warlock will be filled with awe for this name and dare not utter it.

Wow! What a great ambition!

In fact, you did indeed remain unknown for a period of time, and many people in the Magic World dared not mention your name.

Unfortunately, they capsized in a ditch.

"That's why I want to meet Harry Potter." Riddle a red glint in his eyes, he strode up to Harry Potter, brushed his hair aside with his Wand, and pointed at the scar on Harry's forehead, sneering, "How could a baby, without any magical powers, possibly defeat the greatest Warlock of all time?"

How did you manage to escape unscathed, leaving only a scar, while Voldemort's magic was destroyed?

Believe me, Harry Potter himself is probably more curious than you are.

Furthermore, you are not the greatest Warlock of all time, I can be certain of that.

"Albus Dumbledore is the greatest Warlock," Harry Potter said, mustering his courage. "He saw right through you, and you simply don't dare to face him."

"Indeed, I don't deny that old guy's strength."

After I threw out the scapegoat Hagrid, he began to monitor me closely, forcing me to leave the school.

But in the end, I won. I forced him to leave this place using only a memory.

"He will come back, as long as there are still people at Hogwarts who are loyal to him," Hermione said, her voice trembling.

At the same time, an ethereal and mysterious voice appeared outside the barrier, and a deep red bird flew through the passage to the front of the curtain wall, its claws clutching a tattered hat.

"Fawkes the Phoenix and the House Hat!" Professor McGonagall exclaimed excitedly. "It must be Dumbledore who provided the assistance."

"But even the Phoenix can't break this barrier," Professor Snape said, frowning.

And indeed it was so. Fawkes was engulfed in flames, but when it crashed into the screen wall, it only created ripples; the barrier remained as solid as a rock.

Hearing the Phoenix's high-pitched cry, Abei disdainfully picked at his ears, then flew into the sky and slapped the Phoenix's face with his claw, plucking a few crimson-gold feathers from its body.

A mournful cry rang out, Fawkes flew into a rage, even wanting to fight Abei.

But when Abei pointed at the barrier and explained it to Fox with a straight face, Fawkes calmed down and obediently squatted down next to Abei.

"What's going on?" Professor Sprout asked, puzzled.

"Who knows, maybe it's just Fantastic Beasts communicating with each other!" Flitwick shrugged. "Let's break the barrier first! Let's lighten Dumbledore's workload before he comes back."

"Even Dumbledore can't stop my resurrection," said Riddle smugly in the Chamber of Secrets, then looked at Aaron, "With your intelligence, I think you should understand why I called you here!"

"I can guess," Aaron shook his head, "But I refuse."

"Why?" Riddle sneered. "In the future, I will have already ruled half of the Magic World, and I certainly won't make the same mistake again. You have no reason to refuse the Dark Lord's offer of recruitment."

"That's what you think," Aaron said somewhat irritably. "I don't care about the future, and I don't want to work under you."

Don't misunderstand.

There's no other reason, I simply feel you're not good enough for me.

That's the absolute truth. His family is full of old monsters; any one of them could give the Dark Lord a run for his money in his prime.

Even if the world gets really bad, with the Gaius family's thousands of years of resources, they can definitely remain unscathed.

Furthermore, even Voldemort struggled for decades before achieving his goals. He couldn't possibly give up so much time to secretly fight alongside Riddle for decades, unless he'd lost his mind.

Isn't it better to just honestly inherit the family fortune and live a carefree life?

Even the Dark Lord couldn't shake the Gaius family's power, let alone a Tom Riddle who hadn't even fully developed yet.

Riddle laughed in exasperation. "Do you even know what you're saying?"

"I know very well that I have never been this clear-headed in my life."

In fact, you tried to recruit me when you went to the store, but I still refused.

"It's a real shame you missed a chance to rise to the top."

Aaron:...

Don't overthink it. Your idea of instant success has absolutely no appeal to me.

Do you know what happens after you reject me?

"I know." Aaron took out his Wand. "Then do you know the consequences of threatening me?"

"I don't know, but I want to give it a try."

The two simultaneously unleashed a Disarming Charm, causing the red and green lights to collide.

After a brief standoff, Aaron's Wand fell to the floor.

"Compared to others your age, you're already a genius. You reached the level of High-level Mage at the age of thirteen. However, you still have a long way to go compared to me." Riddle said with a smile, holding Harry's Wand. "I can give you another chance, but before that, you must learn to be respectful."

"In fact, I don't think so."

"Imperius Curse." Riddle unleashed a Soul -Imperius Curse, striking Aaron squarely.

Suddenly, a white Wand appeared in his hand, blocking the spell, but he was sent flying several meters before landing.

"Are you alright!" Hermione ran over to support him, then pointed her Wand at Riddle, "Petrificus Totalus."

"Expelliarmus!" Riddle shouted.

"The Incendio."

The clash between fire and magic allowed Hermione's Petrification Spell to last a few more seconds before being broken by the Disarming Charm.

The two were sent flying backwards. Hermione's Wand slipped from her hand, and Aaron fared no better, his right hand gripping the Wand trembling uncontrollably.

"You guys are too weak, so weak that I have no interest in you at all."

"I'll do it!" Ron stood up angrily, "Stupefy."

As expected, the curse was deflected back, grazing Ron's forehead and striking the pool of water behind him.

"You idiot," Aaron said speechlessly. "Just keep an eye on Ginny and don't meddle in other people's business."

"But now only I can help you," Ron said urgently. "I don't understand much, but I know that if you want to save Ginny, you have to defeat him."

"Stay put."

Aaron stood up, took off the ring from his hand, and threw it aside.

The power that had been sealed for half suddenly surged through his body, and his Magic Power rose from the intermediate level of High-level Mage to the initial level of Magus.

Sensing the change in Aaron, Riddle seemed to have discovered some secret, and the corners of his mouth slightly raised, "This ring... I really admire you, Aaron Gaius."

"I didn't expect you to dare seal half of your power in front of me. Did you think I wouldn't kill you?"

"Don't get me wrong, I just forgot about it."

Riddle's expression darkened slightly, and he even felt that he had been underestimated.

"Do you think that just because your strength has increased by two levels, you're a match for me?"

"I'm not that naive," Aaron said calmly. "My current strength only gives me more power to fight back when I'm facing you, or makes it hurt less when I get hit."

"I suppose you have some self-awareness, but your talent has truly astonished me. As long as you don't die, becoming Grand Archmage is practically a certainty."

Surrender, Gaius, you deserve my courtesy.

Aaron ignored him and instead picked up the nine and four-three-inch-long Grapevine Wood Wand from the ground, placing it in Hermione's hand. "Go to Harry's side first!"

"I can help."

"They both need your protection, and so does Ginny Weasley," Aaron explained, while constantly giving her meaningful glances: Don't forget, we also have an enemy we have to face.

Hermione's heart skipped a beat, and she nodded somewhat reluctantly before silently walking up to the three of them.

Being protected by a girl left both Harry and Ron feeling uneasy. One of them was disarmed, and the other's Wand had a reflective property, so they were really not able to help.

Aaron used the Accio to recall his black Wand. "Then... let's begin round number one!"

Although I hate to admit it, Ron is right. I only have one path before me: to kill you.

"Is that so?" Riddle smiled mysteriously, then walked up to the statue and stared at the face of Salazar Slytherin's statue, which was hidden in the darkness.

Realizing what he was about to do, Aaron's expression changed slightly. "Hey, hey, hey, isn't this a bit too much? You don't need to release the Basilisk to deal with us!"

"I just wanted to teach you a lesson. Only those who survive have the right to fight me." Riddle hissed, and the stone statue's mouth slowly opened.

"He's summoning the Basilisk," Harry warned in a panic.

"I can tell," Aaron cursed, but his hands were not idle. He immediately inscribed a white Magic Array full of holy aura on the floor.
