Relatives of the Champions, Humanitarian Care
Creak!
The oak door suddenly opened.
"I'm sorry to have kept you waiting." Dumbledore walked in, then looked at the two people standing in front of his Pensieve with surprise.
"Professor," Harley said in a panic, "I know I shouldn't touch your things, but the cabinet door is open. This is my first time seeing a pensieve, so..."
"Curiosity is not a sin, but one should proceed with caution," Dumbledore sighed helplessly. "How did you know it was called the Pensieve?"
"Uh... I have one too," Aaron said, raising his hand.
"I see," Deng Buyang said with a start. "So, before you fell into my mind, you had something to tell me, right?"
The two exchanged a glance, Harry began to tell Dumbledore about his dream from his Divination.
Aaron suspected that Crouch had been controlled by Voldemort with the Imperius Curse, but he broke free of the Mind Control through his own willpower.
After escaping to Hogwarts, he might... In my dream, Voldemort said he was dead.
Upon hearing this, Dumbledore while before sighing, "It seems the Ministry of Magic's investigation is destined to end inconclusively."
"Fudge has always liked to deceive himself. He thinks that Barty Crouch and Bertha Jorkins have mental problems and that it's normal for them to go missing." Aaron made no attempt to hide his contempt for Fudge. "Ministry of Magic can find are two corpses, or maybe they can't even find the corpses."
"Professor," Harry stammered, "Do you think Voldemort has really gotten stronger?"
Dumbledore moment, then nodded hesitantly. "All signs indicate that he is about to make a comeback, in a way I don't know, but there is no doubt that his strength is gradually returning."
"There's something I should tell you," Aaron said meaningfully. "Professor Snape said some time ago that he lost some African Tree Bark and Lacewing Flies, which are ingredients for making Polyjuice Potion."
A glint of wisdom flashed in Dumbledore's eyes, and many of his doubts were answered in that instant: Voldemort's henchmen had been hiding in Hogwarts using Polyjuice Potion.
But more problems were put on the table, because this meant that everyone except a few people became suspects, even the first-year Warlock.
"Gaius, thank you for this information, it's very helpful."
"You're welcome." Aaron waved his hand and continued, "Voldemort wants to kill Harry Potter, and the third competition is the best opportunity."
"Don't worry about that, I will have Moody constantly inspect the maze."
By now, you should have a pretty good understanding of his abilities. While not foolproof, they're certainly not far off.
Hearing this, Harry breathed a sigh of relief.
Currently, besides Dumbledore, Professor Moody is the only one at Hogwarts who can give him enough sense of security.
"Alright, we should go," Aaron said, walking toward the oak door on his own.
Harry followed behind him, and as they walked out of the Headmaster's Office, he seemed to remember something. "First, if it's convenient, keep an eye on Fawkes."
Dumbledore puzzled, and then turned to look at the perched branch.
The next moment, he almost popped his eyes out; his Fawkes was simply too grotesque to be seen in public.
"This... Aaron Gaius ..." Dumbledore angry he wanted to curse, but he was the only one left in the Headmaster's Office with a Phoenix who looked utterly dejected.
Aaron and Abei, who were walking towards the Common Room, suddenly shivered. The two of them glanced at the Headmaster's Office in unison, as if they could see the entire building enveloped in a layer of black fury. Feeling guilty, they quickened their pace.
June has arrived, and the third competition event is drawing ever closer.
Due to the Triwizard Tournament, the summer vacation and exams were postponed.
Several of the Champion don't have to take the final exam, but the rest of the contestants need to hurry up and review.
Besides diligently Sign-in in every day, Aaron would practice Magic Array with his Thought Form, sparring from time to time to increase his combat experience and skills.
Hermione and Ron often went to school to help Harry practice spells, and Professor McGonagall, seeing this, granted them the right to use the Transfiguration Class classroom as a dedicated Training Room.
Harry really went all out for this Third Task, training every day without fail, and mastered several spells in a short period of time.
Although he was still not very skilled with the Iron Armor Charm, he was quite adept at using the Shield Charm, the Shattering Charm, and the Stunning Spell.
This gave him more confidence in the maze; even if he couldn't defeat the monsters inside, he was confident he could escape.
The day before the match, when the five Champion were on edge, the freshly printed Daily Prophet was delivered to Hogwarts.
Aaron had developed a good habit of reading newspapers recently, but he still couldn't help but click his tongue in amazement when he saw the headline above.
Harry Potter – Disturbed, Emotionally Unstable.
The newspaper exaggeratedly described Harry's performance in the Divination, and even included some experts' comments that offered a series of distorted explanations for the pain of the scar on his forehead.
The final conclusion is that Harry Potter is a Dangerous Boy who likes to study Dark Magic and is easily controlled.
It has to be said that Rita Skeeter's timing for releasing her work was incredibly precise. Releasing such explosive news the day before the competition was sure to make the newspapers sell like hotcakes.
Harry was much calmer when he saw the newspaper; after all, he had been insulted several times, and his mental fortitude should have improved.
"Compared to the previous two times, this time was better; at least I didn't cry alone in the dark."
"How did Rita Skeeter know your scar hurt during Divination?" Hermione asked, puzzled. "She couldn't have been there during class!"
"Who knows? Maybe they were eavesdropping outside," Ron said. "Her work ethic is practically nonexistent; she's absolutely capable of doing something like this."
"But the Divination Classroom is on the top floor of the North Tower!" Hermione frowned. "To eavesdrop, she'd have to climb up to the top-floor window. Isn't that a bit too risky?"
"As long as she can fly," Aaron said abruptly. "Unless she also has Invisibility Cloak, there's only one possibility."
But Dumbledore doesn't allow her to enter Hogwarts Castle casually, so Flying Broomstick can be ruled out.
Hermione paused for a moment, then seemed to realize something, her pupils widening involuntarily. "You mean? That's impossible, isn't it?"
This is illegal, and if you get caught...
"As long as she didn't get caught, that's fine, isn't it? She's obviously very confident in herself." Aaron chuckled meaningfully. "She can fly, so she won't attract attention, and she probably isn't very big, what do you think?"
"That's right, I'm sure I can catch her," Hermione said excitedly.
Harry and Ron exchanged a confused look and asked, "What are you talking about?"
"A major discovery, he's saying Rita Skeeter is..."
"I didn't say anything," Aaron interrupted. "I just simply don't like her."
To be fair, the content of newspapers is indeed quite interesting, but the quality has declined drastically; sometimes I feel that reading the newspaper is a waste of time.
"This situation will change soon, I promise," Hermione said confidently, then grabbed her bag and left the Great Hall.
"What's wrong with her?" Harry asked, puzzled.
How would I know?
"Champion, gather in the Meeting Room next to the Great Hall after you finish your meal," Professor McGonagall said as she walked over.
"Isn't the match Sunday afternoon?" Aaron asked. "Or is there some kind of instruction?"
"The Champion ' families will be invited to watch the game; you can meet them first," Professor McGonagall said before leaving, leaving Harry and Aaron looking at each other in bewilderment.
"Relatives?" Aaron raised an eyebrow. "I don't think my father would come to watch this kind of match. It's probably Jeans came."
"The Dursley certainly won't come," Harry murmured.
"This is not a bad thing for you."
"That's true." Harry forced a smile. He would feel uncomfortable if the Dursley were here.
After breakfast, Aaron picked up Abei and walked towards the Meeting Room. Phoebe Delacour, Cedric, Diggory Viktor Krum also stood up from their respective Long Table and followed.
Harry sat alone in his seat, feeling that he didn't need to come, since his family definitely wouldn't come; he couldn't very well ask Sirius Black to come!
After passing through several gates, the four Champion arrived at the Meeting Room.
As Aaron expected, his Butler arrived, but in addition to Jeans, Adrian was also there.
The other three were chatting and laughing with their fathers. Phoebe's father also brought her younger sister Gabrielle.
"Young master, I personally suggest you call him Harry Potter."
"Oh?" Aaron became interested. "Harry Potter's Muggle relatives are willing to come?"
"No, but..." Jeans pointed to a man sitting in the corner eating heartily, "Miss Adrian invited him here, so in a sense he is also a relative of Harry."
"Professor Lupin!" Aaron's lips curled up slightly. "It's really kind of you to invite him over, elder sister."
"After all, he's a referee, so we still need to show some humanitarian concern," Adrian explained. "We were originally planning to call Weasley over, but Mrs. Weasley seems to have discovered the large investment that Leon gave to George and Fred. She's not optimistic about the twins' Toy shop, and Mr. Weasley is trying to persuade her gently."
"I understand." Aaron nodded and slowly walked up to Professor Lupin. "It's been a long time, Professor."
"It's been a long time, Mr. Gaius," Lupin said as he ate. "Thank you so much for inviting me over, your sister is such a kind and wonderful person."
She provided me with a batch of Wolfsbane Potion, enough for me to use for one or two years.
In addition, she also gave me an appearance fee of one Gold Galleon. To be honest, I really couldn't refuse this kind of unusual charity.
"Um... could you call Harry for me? I haven't seen him in a long time."
"Okay." Aaron nodded immediately. "But before that, don't you have to explain to me that letter you wrote to Moody, which actually spread rumors that I know the Cruciatus Curse? That's a bit unethical!"
Lupin:...
