The Savior's Request, Concealing Part of the Truth
A flash of colorful light, and Harry disappeared along with the Triwizard Tournament trophy.
"No."
Voldemort roared to the sky, his mouth full of roasted pork slices, which could make a duck fly away; one can imagine the fury in his heart.
"It's over." Aaron took a deep breath. "Let's go."
The Death Eater immediately surrounded them, each with a cold glint in their eyes, but none of them made a move.
"Sigh!" Jeans sighed deeply, then said sarcastically, "The Dark Lord can break his promises, but shouldn't the descendants of Salazar Slytherin have some manners?"
"Let them go," Voldemort asked through gritted teeth.
"But..." Barty Crouch Barty Crouch Jr.. looked troubled.
"I said, let them go," Voldemort emphasized. "I keep my word."
The Death Eater dispersed, making way for them.
Jeans smiled slightly, turned and Apparition Voldemort a simple bow, then, along with another guard, Apparated with Aaron, Cedric, and the others.
Hogsmeade Village.
The eleven people landed steadily on an open space outside the village.
Looking at the familiar streets and shops, Cedric and the others were finally certain that they were out of danger.
"Hogwarts isn't convenient for Apparition, so this is the perfect place to talk," Jeans said, then looked at his hands. "Mission complete, you can go back now."
"Wait a minute," Aaron said, "At least introduce me to him!"
It's been over ten days, and I still haven't recognized everyone. That's a bit much, isn't it?
"It's not the right time yet." Jeans said calmly, "Being too familiar with them before you, young master, are capable enough to protect yourself will not do you any harm."
Upon hearing this, Aaron was speechless and stopped trying to stop them from leaving.
If they are not familiar with each other, they can be guards or even suicide soldiers, but once they become familiar, they are easily swayed by emotions. At least he will not treat them as suicide soldiers.
"Thank you so much." Cedric said sincerely, "Thanks to you, we were able to escape with our lives."
"You're welcome. Saving you was just a side thing," Jeans said bluntly. "Besides, I don't really like you, because your father insisted on bringing me back to the Ministry of Magic during the Quidditch World Cup."
Cedric:...
My dad is really brave; this guy was able to briefly clash with the Dark Lord!
"Young master, are you going back to Hogwarts by yourself, or would you like me to escort you a bit further?"
"What do you think?" Aaron said without hesitation.
"It's clear."
Jeans raised an eyebrow, then turned and walked toward Hogsmeade Village.
Today was quite an exciting day, so it's only natural to go to the Three Broomsticks for a drink to calm my nerves.
"So... shall we go back to Hogwarts now?" Phoebe asked Aaron.
"Of course, I don't want to sleep outside all night." Aaron nodded, then changed the subject, "But before that, the three of you have to promise me a few things."
"What?" Krum said. "We will never refuse as long as it is within our power."
"Good job." Aaron praised her. "First of all, let's put aside all the grudges between us. Although I'm reluctant to admit it, it was my idea to get to the trophy together. Saving your lives is a way of settling the score."
"This... isn't appropriate!" Cedric chuckled awkwardly. "If it weren't for your idea, we might not have even made it to the Portkey before being killed in the maze by Barty Crouch Jr.."
Phoebe and Krum nodded in agreement; they owed him a huge favor this time.
It's easy to say "wipe it off," but they can't quite accept this kind of way of taking advantage of others.
"That's fine then!" Aaron said dismissively.
It wasn't that he looked down on the three of them, but given their talent and background, they could never repay this life-saving debt even if they lived to old age.
Since that's the case, we might as well just let it go; at least it would make things easier for both of us.
The next moment, Aaron's expression turned extremely serious, and he continued, "Secondly, you must protect yourselves from what happens tonight."
At the very least, I can't reveal my battle record, otherwise my campus life will probably never be peaceful again.
The three looked at each other, none of them understanding what Aaron meant.
After a long pause, Phoebe said somewhat awkwardly, "This... what should we say if others ask?"
"Just say you fainted and woke up in Hogsmeade Village," Aaron said without hesitation.
This answer was rather perfunctory, yet incredibly powerful.
You can never wake someone who is pretending to be asleep, even if you know it's just a perfunctory response.
"What about Harry Potter?" Krum looked a little uneasy. "He got back to school before us, and he may have already told some of the judges what happened."
"He should just leave it to him," Aaron said wearily. "In short, you should all pretend you don't know anything."
As for him... that's pure nonsense. I'm just an ordinary level 4 Warlock, how could I possibly be a match for so many Death Eater?
Cedric hesitated for a moment, then frowned slightly. "We can help you cover it up. After all, this is of great importance. We can't hide the news that the You-Know-Who has been resurrected!"
"Hmm..." Aaron tapped his chin and pondered, " In the Triwizard Tournament, five Champion were taken to a graveyard by the Portkey, where they were captured alive by Voldemort and his servants in a trap."
Gaius was unlucky and was knocked unconscious by the Stunning Spell, while the remaining four witnessed his resurrection.
"Because the Dark Lord's magic is too powerful, you all suddenly fell into a coma. As for the rest... what could you possibly know while you're all unconscious?"
The three people:...
Hogwarts, Quidditch Pitch.
Harry fell hard, and his whole body ached, his head spinning.
He was so tired that he had no strength left and could only wait for someone to find him.
A moment later, a figure walked up to him, but his eyes were so tired that they were almost squinting, and he couldn't see who it was at all. He just felt that the person was somewhat familiar.
The warm white light shone on Harry, making him feel as if he were in a hot spring, and his physical injuries and mental fatigue were rapidly healing.
The moment I opened my eyes, I saw Adrian's flawless face.
She appeared incredibly sacred in the white light, instantly making him forget his near-death experience, and he couldn't bear to look away.
"Didn't anyone tell you that staring at girls is impolite?" Adrian raised an eyebrow.
Gollum!
Harry swallowed hard, his face flushed, and stammered, "I'm sorry, I just... I just..."
"Alright, you should be fine now." Adrian patted Abei's head with satisfaction. "I don't know where Aaron got this little guy from, his healing ability is no less than that of Phoenix."
"Oh right, Voldemort has come back to life, Aaron and the others are still there..." Harry said anxiously, but his voice trailed off halfway through, because Adrian seemed completely unconcerned.
"Aren't you... worried?"
"Don't worry! If you can come back, my brother will be even more so."
Besides, Uncle Jeans has already gone there, and the rest of them combined, even if they were all Holy Magus, could hold them off for a while.
Harry's lips twitched slightly, and he was immediately speechless.
Lupin rushed over quickly because the white light emitted by Abei during treatment was too bright in the night, and he immediately noticed the situation.
Harry was so overwhelmed by the huge hug that he could barely breathe. Lupin cupped his face in his hands, tears of joy streaming down his face. "Thank you, Merlin, you're back safe and sound."
"Thank you for your concern, Professor."
"Where are the others?" Lupin asked, puzzled. "Didn't they come back with you?"
"Them..."
"They'll be fine," Adrian said confidently. "I know my brother too well; he always keeps his promises."
I suggest you look around the area. If it weren't for the Apparition Hogwarts, they should be back by now.
Harry nodded blankly. "Where's Professor Dumbledore?"
I have something very important to tell him: Voldemort has been resurrected.
"What?" Lupin exclaimed in shock. "Are you sure?"
"It's true, Professor Lupin, I saw it with my own eyes."
Lupin took a deep breath, suppressing his Shocker, and fired a white spark into the sky with his Wand.
White sparks exploded in the night sky.
Before long, Dumbledore rushed over, with Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape following behind him.
"Professor, what we've been worried about has finally happened." Lupin's expression was grave. "The You-Know-Who has returned."
Dumbledore nodded and said in a deep voice, "Severus has found out."
"Are you the only one who came back?" Snape asked Harry with a grim expression. "Where are the others? Gaius?"
"They should be fine," Harry said somewhat uncertainly, unsure whether Voldemort would keep his promise and spare the others.
"Should? You're telling me 'should'?"
"Aaron will definitely be fine," Harry quickly added. "The others should be fine too."
"Calm down, Severus," Dumbledore reassured him. "Shouldn't we ask Harry what happened first?"
"Now?" Lupin looked earnestly at Dumbledore. "At least let Harry rest for a bit!"
"I'm sure my office is much more comfortable than the lawn, and besides, there's someone waiting for him there."
You know who Yu is; he cares about Harry just as much as you do.
Upon hearing this, Lupin nodded slightly and carefully helped Harry up.
"Minerva, could you please inform Madam Pomfrey and have her take Alastor to the ward?"
In addition, prepare a few more beds, as there may be more than one patient tonight.
Severus, go and tell Fudge to come to my office.
"While you're at it, go find Filch and have him stand guard at the castle gate. If he finds Aaron, bring them to my office as well."
"Understood." Professor McGonagall nodded immediately. Snape glared at Harry, then turned and left.
"Professor Moody has been found?" Harry asked.
"It was Abei who found him. If nothing unexpected happens, you'll see him in the hospital room later." Adrian smiled. "After Aaron went missing, he was frantic and stormed into the Defense Against the Dark Arts office."
Originally, they were looking for some of Moody's personal belongings and were trying to track him down by following his scent, but they ended up discovering a box that was locked very securely.
A burst of Dragon Fire was released, revealing Alastor Moody locked in a box.
Perhaps because he was preparing Polyjuice Potion, he wasn't in mortal danger, but he was severely weakened by the Imperius Curse, and half of his hair had been pulled out.
