The Stubborn Minister of Magic Refused to Believe It
Headmaster's Office.
Dumbledore arranged for the others to sit down, while he himself sat behind his desk.
When Fawkes saw Abei, he shuddered and felt extremely uncomfortable.
It immediately flew down from the branch and landed in front of Dumbledore, only in this way could it gain a little sense of security.
"Miss Klein, may I see Gaius's pet?" Dumbledore said with a hint of helplessness. "It has cast a long shadow over Fawkes."
"Abei is quite well-behaved." Adrian patted Abei's back, and it nodded in agreement.
"Harry, what exactly happened?" Lupin couldn't help but ask.
"Wait a minute, let's wait until everyone's here," Dumbledore said. "Harry isn't feeling well, he needs company."
As soon as he finished speaking, a large black dog emerged from the corner of the wall.
It glanced warily at Adrian, then slowly walked up to Harry, its eyes filled with human concern and worry.
"It's okay, I'm fine," Harry said with difficulty.
Lupin poured Harry a glass of warm water and said softly, "Take a rest for a while now!"
Harry finished his drink in large gulps, leaned back in his chair, closed his eyes, and then fell into a deep sleep.
When he opened his eyes, he met Professor Snape's cold gaze and immediately shuddered.
"Harry," Fudge said with a forced, relaxed smile, "Dumbledore said you have something to tell us?"
"Harry, you know how serious this is," Dumbledore said. "Tell me everything you know, without holding anything back."
Harry took a deep breath and recounted to everyone present what had happened after they came into contact with the Triwizard Cup.
Peter Pettigrew Peter and Barty Crouch Barty Crouch Jr.. teamed up to defeat them, Voldemort resurrected using ancient Dark Magic, and the Death Eater Apparition...
"Wait, you're saying the You-Know-Who has been resurrected?" Fudge's face turned pale, then he forcibly suppressed his panic. "Don't joke around, that's impossible."
"It's true," Harry said anxiously. "Barty Crouch Jr. Crouch. was secretly taken out of Azkaban by Crouch. Voldemort learned of his existence and the Triwizard Tournament from Bertha Jorkins."
He and Peter Pettigrew rescued him and subdued Alastor Moody, using his hair to make Polyjuice Potion, with the aim of capturing me in the Triwizard Tournament.
Fudge nodded repeatedly, and only after Harry finished speaking did he pat him on the shoulder, "Nice imagination, Harry."
You may have been excessively frightened, but it's okay, I'm sure Madam Pomfrey will provide you with a sufficient amount of Calming Draught.
"You can ask first..."
"Harry, go to sleep. You won't have these nightmares anymore when you wake up," Fudge said. "The matter of Peter Pettigrew is still very complicated, so I won't comment on it."
Barty Crouch Barty Crouch Jr.. has been dead for a long time; it's impossible for him to be resurrected to help You-Know-Who rise again.
"Alastor Moody can attest that he knows Barty Crouch Jr. Crouch.," Dumbledore said casually.
Fudge blinked, his brow furrowed slightly, then quickly relaxed.
"Alastor was afflicted by the Imperius Curse, a very long Imperius Curse."
"Besides, his mental state wasn't good to begin with; some even said he was a mentally unstable murderer, always suffering from paranoia." Fudge gave a strange smile. "Dumbledore... you can't really completely believe a child, can you?"
"Of course I believe Harry," Lupin said immediately.
"Mind your place, Lupin," Fudge said impatiently. "You're only standing here because the eldest daughter of the Klein Family vouched for you."
Forgive my bluntness, but I find some of the things Werewolf believe to be rather unbelievable.
After a moment of silence, Sirius Black barked and barked at Fudge, revealing his sharp fangs.
"I believe Harry too," Dumbledore sighed. "At least it explains everything that happened after Bertha Joggins disappeared."
"Come on, come on, where's the evidence?" Fudge glanced at Harry Potter. "So far, it's just a kid's side of the story."
Alastor has mental health issues, and his testimony is of low credibility. As for Barty Crouch Jr.. and Sirius Black, they are even less reliable; in most people's minds, they are dead.
"I saw Voldemort come with my own eyes, and my scar is still throbbing," Harry said angrily, realizing he seemed to have misjudged the Minister for Magic.
In the past, Fudge was somewhat arrogant in his eyes, but he was essentially kind and friendly to everyone.
Now he actually refuses to believe Voldemort's resurrection, which is too self-deceptive. Doesn't he know what the Dark Lord's reappearance means for the Magic World?
"I'm sorry, child," Fudge said stubbornly, "This is the first time I've ever heard of scars acting like alarm bells."
"I also saw Death Eater, and I could clearly pronounce their names."
Lucius Malfoy.
"Absurd, Malfoy has long been declared innocent."
"The Malfoy are an ancient Warlock family, and they've always generously donated to the Malfoys' cause," Fudge said with a displeased expression. He and the Malfoy were fairly close.
If he's Death Eater, how can I, as Minister for Magic, still hold my position securely?
"And McNeil," Harry continued, signing off.
"He was also declared innocent and is currently working at the Ministry of Magic."
"Crabbe, Goyle, Avery ..."
"Enough, Harry Potter," Fudge said angrily. "These people you're talking about were all people who were declared not Death Eater thirteen years ago."
And as far as I know, you have a very bad relationship with Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle, and McNeil is Buckbeak, the Hippogriff executioner, whom you certainly don't like either.
But settling personal scores shouldn't be this excessive! Slandering them as Death Eater will have a very negative impact on their reputation and even their current livelihood.
Sirius Black roared and lunged forward; he could no longer hold back.
But before they could even begin, Lupin hugged him tightly. "The Minister for Magic can't be attacked in the Headmaster's Office at Hogwarts!"
Sirius Black calmed down, but still grinned at Fudge.
Fudge swallowed hard. "In short, in my opinion, the You-Know-Who being resurrected is utter nonsense."
You are determined to create a sense of panic and destroy everything we have painstakingly built over the past thirteen years.
"You fool!" Professor McGonagall roared. "Bertha Jorkins and Barty Crouch are both dead. Doesn't that prove everything?"
"My dear lady," Fudge's face turned red and then purple, "You must be careful with your words. They are simply missing, and the Ministry of Magic is searching for them with all its might."
Hearing this, everyone was speechless, not expecting that Fudge could be so stubborn.
"Um... may I interject?" Adrian said calmly, then looked at Harry Potter, "Assuming what you're saying is true, Voldemort has been resurrected."
"I'm telling the truth," Harry emphasized.
"What happened after Voldemort was resurrected?"
How were you able to get in using the Portkey? And what about the others?
As if he had grasped something, Fudge immediately took the initiative and asked with a serious expression, "Yeah, where did the others go?"
That's suspicious, Harry Potter.
"Minister Fudge," Adrian said meaningfully, "Could you let Potter finish speaking first?"
"Of course," Fudge said sullenly, his momentum weakening by three points compared to before.
Harry pursed his lips and continued to tell everyone what happened next.
Aaron single-handedly took down a third of the Death Eater, buying time for Jeans and the others to arrive. He used the Moon Drop and Voldemort's bet to explain everything in great detail.
The true strength of Jeans, Aaron's Apparition, the Holy Dragon Patronus, the ultimate Magic Array, and the Magic Firearms were all revealed without any concealment.
Dumbledore and the others looked at each other in disbelief.
They all knew about Aaron's magical talent, but what Harry said was simply unbelievable.
Adrian, however, raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a 'so be it' smile.
Her younger brother only revealed part of his strength in the Triwizard Tournament, almost fooling even her, but he never expected an accident to expose him.
Abei was overjoyed and proudly raised his proud dragon head.
The Holy Dragon Patronus, who else could the Holy Dragon be but it, and who else would it dare to be?
"This is insane, Dumbledore." Fudge gave a strange smile. "Harry Potter is one hundred percent under Curse; he's hallucinating."
"It's true."
"No one will believe it's true," Fudge said matter-of-factly. "If you say that Mr. Jeans is High-level Archmage, I can reluctantly believe it, after all, the Gaius family can indeed afford such Warlock."
But Aaron is only a fifteen-year-old schoolboy; how could he possibly defeat so many Dark Wizard? It's absurd.
"Perhaps this is true?" Dumbledore stood up, his eyes gleaming. "Aaron has exceptional talent; he might not be unable to do these things at fifteen."
"Dumbledore, you are the most talented Warlock in the 2nd century, as recognized by all."
I ask you, when you were fifteen, could you Apparition? Could you defeat a dozen powerful Dark Wizard? Could you have two Patronus? Or could you set up a defensive barrier that could hold off dozens of Dark Wizard?
"This..." Dumbledore a moment, then turned to Adrian sitting beside him, "Miss Klein, you know Aaron best, what do you think?"
"Of course we'll just sit and watch," Adrian said casually. "Whether Harry Potter is telling the truth or not will only be clear when others come."
However, if I were Harry Potter, I would definitely conceal part of the truth, or at least briefly describe the battle. At the very least, I wouldn't reveal Apparition, the Magic Array, or the Patronus.
After all, this was a secret Aaron didn't want others to know, right?
