Book of Prophecy, the Worst Keeper?
With the Quidditch season approaching, the teams from the four houses will take turns training.
This makes the ' Defense Association ' class schedule very unpredictable. However, the Prefect of each college are all talented and can always find a time when everyone is available and arrange for them to receive timely training in Defense Against the Dark Arts.
Over the course of a few weeks, many people have mastered the Disarming Charm, the Shield Charm, and even the Shattering Charm.
This made Aaron quite gratified. Although he thought their training was like children playing house, as Umbridge said, their Defense Against the Dark Arts didn't have a systematic curriculum, and there weren't many reliable Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor. So this kind of progress was already quite remarkable.
One night in late October, thunder and rain raged across the sky.
After finishing his teaching assignment for one class, Aaron rushed to the Common Room without stopping.
He entered the dormitory, closed the door, and then slipped into the Secret Chamber leading to the Divine Thunder Hall.
In the pitch-black secret passage, Aaron waved his hand, and a golden Magic Array appeared.
Countless pale yellow specks of light flew out from it and stuck to the walls, instantly illuminating the entire secret passage as bright as day.
"We still need to get a batch of candles, otherwise the Light Magic will just plummet in style!" Aaron murmured, while Abei in his arms nodded as if he understood.
As they approached the exit, the man and the dragon heard melodious music.
The Thought Form sits at the piano, playing a rhapsody; the stirring and inspiring melody stirs the heart.
"I'm in a good mood!"
"Of course." The Thought Form slowly rose. "I know myself very well, and I believe you've made your choice by now."
"I guess so!" Aaron forced a smile, then opened the system's Shop Panel.

Aaron focused his gaze on the ' Book of Prophecy ', then took a deep breath and chose to buy it.
The next moment, a book was in his hand, with a circular silver border and a dark green cover featuring an old face that looked like it was made of tree bark.
"I knew it." The Thought Form smiled knowingly. "As expected, she didn't choose sleep magic. She's been saving up six weeks' worth of Magic Points."
"I struggled with this decision for more than ten days before making it," Aaron said sheepishly. "Mist Illusion Sleep is indeed good, but it can't deal with people stronger than me."
But a Book of Prophecy is different; even if it only offers one valuable Prophecy, we won't lose out.
The Thought Form nodded noncommittally. "Shall we open it and take a look?"
"That's exactly what I was thinking." Aaron opened the Book of Prophecy with intense curiosity, then immediately stared in disbelief. "This, this, this... this is too much."
"What's wrong?" The Thought Form rushed forward, then showed the same expression. "This is... a wordless book? The real thing?"
Aaron, refusing to believe it, flipped through the entire book, but there wasn't a single word on it. He was so angry that he almost cursed out loud.
"Could it be like Tom Riddle's Diary?" the Thought Form said skeptically. "Let's try adding a little ink."
"That makes sense." Aaron snapped his fingers, and a Shadow Ninja respectfully handed him a bottle of black ink.
Aaron used the Levitation Charm to extract a few drops of ink from the ink bottle and carefully dripped them into the blank area.
Sure enough, the black ink was quickly absorbed, and the entire page did not change color at all.
Aaron and the Thought Form breathed a heavy sigh of relief, knowing that drinking the ink would at least prove that this was not simply a blank book.
"Um..."
The Book of Prophecy suddenly began to whisper softly, as if it had just woken up.
The two exchanged a glance, seemingly realizing something, then closed the book and looked at the face on the cover.
The mouth on the person's face twitched slightly, and the eyes gained a touch of human warmth.
"Book of Prophecy? Is this the kind of Book of Prophecy?" Aaron said with a strange expression.
"It feels like the portraits on the walls of Hogwarts, but they can move freely within the paintings and even visit other portraits. It's a little less impressive compared to the portraits in this book."
"I am far stronger than them," came the ancient voice from the Book of Prophecy. "Your two masters have no doubt about this."
"Interesting." Aaron raised an eyebrow. "Why don't you make Prophecy and show us your abilities?"
"Oh, this..."
"Is there a problem?"
"The Prophecy itself is not a problem, but Prophecy is random and may not be effective for the master."
"I know that," Aaron waved his hand impatiently. "I just want to know about your abilities."
"It's white."
After a few seconds of silence, its expression became extremely solemn, and then, under the gaze of Aaron and the Thought Form, it slowly spoke, "The thunderstorm has cleared up."
Aaron blinked blankly. "That's it?"
"Is this considered a weather forecast?" the Thought Form said speechlessly. "But it's something that will happen in the future, to some extent."
"One more, please."
"I can't do that," the Book of Prophecy said calmly. "Under normal circumstances, there will only be one Prophecy per day."
Aaron:...
How do you manage to say things with such conviction?
"Uh... haha." The Thought Form chuckled awkwardly. "How come you have so many blank pages?"
"Prophecy are made randomly. If the owner is not alive when Prophecy is made, writing down the date will allow you to view the Prophecy for that day."
"Pretty particular." Aaron rolled his eyes, then looked at the Thought Form. "What do you think? This book would be more suitable for the Divine Thunder Hall."
"I understand what you mean, but I don't care about Muggle Studies or Runic Script electives either. What if I miss an important Prophecy..."
"Let's just put it in the dormitory!"
Furthermore, Prophecy only speak of future events. If you pay a little attention each day, even if there are important Prophecy, we will have enough time to prepare.
The Thought Form remained silent, then picked up the chromatic Wand and pointed it directly in front of the main hall.
A rectangular recess appeared above the throne, Book of Prophecy flew into it automatically, then fell silent.
"Alas! The dwarfs' throne rests on Arkenstone, while my throne is occupied only by a book," the Thought Form said somewhat resentfully.
"Be content!" Aaron said. "The Arkenstone has already been melted into the sword blank, in other words, there's nothing on the dwarf's throne."
The Thought Form pursed its lips and silently sat down to the side, flipping through the magic book that Jeans had sent.
Aaron then emptied his inventory and spent thirty Magic Points to buy Holy Water, intending to make a few bullets that could damage demons himself.
November arrived quickly, and the temperature inside the castle plummeted.
To ward off the biting wind, many students wore scarves and Dragonhide Gloves.
Because Hogwarts was hosting the Triwizard Tournament, Quidditch Match was not held, which made the first match of the season exceptionally exciting.
Ron Weasley was replaced as the Gryffindor House Team goalkeeper, Slytherin also changed two Beater, with Crabbe and Goyle replacing Derek and Bor, who had graduated.
The match began, and the two teams entered the stadium, where thunderous applause erupted from the stands.
The Quaffle was fiercely contested by both teams, resulting in a back-and-forth battle.
Ron, guarding the Gryffindor goal, was clearly out of sorts. He looked pale, and despite the howling wind, a fine layer of sweat appeared on his forehead.
They couldn't defend against several balls in a row, and Slytherin scored dozens of points like puppets.
"Tsk, this state... how did he pass the selection?" Aaron hesitated, seriously suspecting that Harry had let him go to sea to take care of his best friend; he wasn't incapable of doing such a thing.
"He was a little short." Hermione, sitting next to him, pursed her lips. "Ron trained very hard, but maybe he was just too nervous about his first time in the arena, facing such a huge crowd!"
"Is this a time to be nervous?" Aaron said speechlessly, then changed the subject, "But it doesn't matter, what can I do? I'm Slytherin!"
Hermione gave an awkward laugh, then seemed to remember something, "There's something I want to talk to you about."
"Speak your mind."
"I see, DA..."
"Wait." Aaron quickly stopped her, glancing subtly at Umbridge sitting in the High Table.
"It should be fine this far, right?"
"Experience has taught me that caution is the best policy."
"Besides, she's a complete scoundrel. It's not that I don't trust her character, it's that she has absolutely no character at all," Aaron said seriously, then silently chanted a spell to create a soundproof barrier.
"Alright, go ahead and speak!"
"Everyone's schedule is not fixed and changes frequently."
"So I came up with a simple way to notify the members of the assembly time." Hermione said, taking out a Gold Galleon and placing it in Aaron's hand. "See if there's anything different."
"It's fake," Aaron said without hesitation.
Hermione paused, "How did you figure that out? I spent ages figuring it out."
Aaron pointed proudly to his eyes and said meaningfully, "My eyes are different from yours."
The Aaron's Eye could see through Illusion Magic, and the traces of the Transfiguration Charm on this gold coin were too clear to him.
Even without the Aaron's Eye, given his mastery of Transfiguration, distinguishing between the real and the fake would be incredibly easy for him.
"However, most people wouldn't realize that you are an absolute genius in our generation."
"That depends on who you're comparing yourself to!" Hermione pouted.
"That's just how it is; there's always someone better than you. You have to accept that there are always people more capable than you!" Aaron said with a chuckle, then looked at the Gold Galleon in his hand. "So, what plan did you come up with?"
"The numbers on the edge." Hermione proudly raised her head. "The numbers on the coins are a serial number, representing the Goblin who minted them. The numbers on the coins I make can change."
"We'll each take a gold coin. When we need to change the time, you'll change the number on your coin, and the other coins will heat up and change accordingly, so everyone will notice."
"You've really gone to great lengths." Aaron gave her an appreciative look, then placed the gold coin in her hand. "You can decide the time!"
"But... you are the teacher."
"I told you before, I'm only responsible for teaching; I'm not responsible for anything else," Aaron said confidently. "Hermione, you certainly won't let me down, right?"
Hermione paused for a moment, her face flushed slightly, and she nodded hesitantly.
"Here, take this." She took out another Gold Galleon. "So that when I notify the others, you, as the teacher, won't be left out."
A sharp whistle suddenly rang out, followed by Jordan's voice. "Harry Potter has stolen the Golden Snitch, Gryffindor wins."
Aaron looked towards the field, where Draco stood frozen in place, his face contorted with rage.
He wanted to curse, but remembering that they were students under the same roof, he managed to suppress the urge.
"Consider it a life you saved Weasley. You might not have this chance next time, after all, it's the first time I've seen such a terrible goalkeeper."
"Don't worry about it, Ron will be the best goalkeeper in Gryffindor," Harry said seriously.
"We'll see. Let's go," Draco said coldly, then led Crabbe, Goyle, and the Slytherin House Team away from the field.
"Good job." Aaron breathed a sigh of relief. "You didn't disappoint me."
"Harry is indeed Gryffindor's best Seeker," Hermione agreed.
"Uh... don't get me wrong, I wasn't talking about him."
I'm talking about Draco; he's finally managed to control his temper.
"What?"
"Given his past temperament, he would definitely provoke others relentlessly after losing a match; he would never lose face."
This time, he just said a few words and left; his progress is quite obvious!
Hermione realized what was happening and found it somewhat unbelievable. "Perhaps it's just a coincidence. I don't think Malfoy would change his mind so easily."
"It's not certain, but that's not necessarily true," Aaron said meaningfully. "After all, Draco and Lucius are different, but that's none of your business, so don't worry about it."
Hermione:...
Gryffindor the first game, and many people celebrated in the Common Room.
Ron, however, looked pained and even considered leaving the team, since he himself found his performance that day to be insane.
Seeing his best friend's dejected appearance, Harry knew why and spent several hours patiently persuading him to give up the idea of leaving the team.
