Aaron trained in the Gaius family’s Secret Chamber while learning more about the strength and secrets of his teachers. After reaching Diagon Alley, he escaped his guards and resisted their attempts to bring him home, determined to pursue his goal before his parents returned.

  • Aaron left Hogwarts for Gaius Castle, learned his parents would be away for a month, and began Jeans’s demanding training program.
  • Aaron survived the Secret Chamber’s volcanic and avalanche trials, then studied forging, combat, and Magic Arrays under Argus, Weihert, Jeans, and Gesta.
  • Aaron challenged Weihert to a duel, wounded him with Argus’s sword, and surrendered after Weihert trapped him and Abei in lightning arrays.

Arc 10The Road to Erebor

Aaron traveled to Middle-earth to fulfill the Gaius Family’s mission and joined Bilbo, Gandalf, and Thorin’s company on the journey to reclaim Erebor. The expedition reached Mirkwood, where the Elves captured Thorin and the Dwarves and took them to the Woodland King’s palace.

  • Aaron learned that his family expected him to travel to another world, then entered the portal and arrived in Middle-earth without his Wand.
  • Gandalf brought Aaron to Bilbo’s home in the Shire, where a gathering of Dwarves recruited Bilbo for an expedition to reclaim Erebor from Smaug.

Aaron helped Thorin’s company escape the Woodland Realm, reached Erebor, and joined Bard in killing Smaug before the dragon could destroy Long Lake Town. Thorin’s greed then brought the Dwarves into conflict with Bard and Thranduil, just as Gandalf warned that Sauron’s Orcs were marching toward Erebor.

  • Aaron helped Bilbo free the Dwarves from the Woodland Realm, and the company escaped downriver while Kili was wounded by Bolg’s poisoned arrow.
  • Aaron and Bard brought the company to Long Lake Town, where Thorin declared himself heir to Erebor and won the townspeople’s support.

At Hogwarts, Dementors threatened the students, Aaron adjusted his plans for the school year, and Trelawney gave Harry a frightening prediction.
