Before Hyuga Mirai's Shadow Clone could finish its cringe-worthy declaration, he slapped it into a puff of smoke, then formed another hand seal and created a new Shadow Clone to help record the data.

"The genetic fusion went very smoothly. Total Chakra increased by thirty percent, cellular activity doubled, the Wood Release Kekkei Genkai is still unknown, and the Caged Bird Seal Curse Mark on the body has completely disappeared."

"Konoha's demand for Healing Tags has been high lately. Why didn't you come find me at Konoha Hospital?"

Hyuga Mirai opened the door and invited them inside. After accepting Yuhi Kurenai's pastries, he smiled. "You're too polite, Kurenai. You don't need to bring anything next time."

"Hehe, manners must still be observed."

Yuhi Kurenai smiled as her eyes swept over every corner of Hyuga Mirai's room. Unfortunately, his home was small and tidy, with nowhere to hide anything at a glance, so she withdrew her gaze in disappointment.
