Obito pondered for a moment and said,

"It's best to wait a bit. Let me investigate Kirigakure first."

Deva Path Pain said nothing more. He nodded, leaped down, and vanished from Obito's sight after a few bounds below.

After Deva Path Pain left, Obito did not move for quite some time, until Zetsu's figure emerged from the ground beside him.

After exchanging a glance with Zetsu, Obito caught a few falling raindrops in his hand. Zetsu understood what he meant. All of Kirigakure was under Nagato's Rain Tiger at Will Technique, and almost nothing that happened in the village could escape Nagato's perception.

Thus, the two did not speak much. Obito merely left behind the words, "I'm leaving," before his figure vanished into a Kamui vortex.
