Garling Makes a Move!

Ignoring Rocks' displeased expression, Linlin saw the Paw-Paw Fruit and immediately chose to disengage from the battlefield.

Her speed was incredible. Just as she was about to reach Ivan, in a flash of lightning, Gigue suddenly raised his right hand, which had turned pitch black, and aimed it at Ivan. A black vortex appeared in his palm.

"Banshō Ten'in!"

A powerful gravitational force was released through the dark vortex. Ivan, along with the Paw-Paw Fruit in his hand, was pulled rapidly towards Gigue by the gravity. Linlin missed, her face a mask of confusion.

The powerful figures in the distance watched this scene with varied expressions. Rocks stared at Gigue in disbelief, his gaze fixed on the dark vortex in his hand.

"It's that kid from just now?! That ability... could it be!?"

Saint Saturn showed a rare expression of shock. He was astonished not by the Dark-Dark Fruit's ability, but by Gigue's face.

"That ki... that child is?"

He suddenly looked at Saint Garling, who was standing silently nearby. Saint Garling's expression was complex as he murmured, "He's clearly dead. He just happens to look like..."

As everyone pondered their thoughts, Linlin, after a brief moment of confusion, turned to Gigue with a playful look and said flippantly, "I didn't expect you little brat to be an Ability User too. It looks like a pretty good ability. Hmm, you're quite handsome too, but you stole my prey. Be a good boy and give me that fruit. How about you follow me from now on?"

Linlin's body hadn't yet gained weight, and she was a stunning beauty with a fiery figure and a gorgeous face. Her voice carried a hint of seduction.

Even so, Gigue couldn't help but picture the image of the bloated, drooling, crazy Big Mom from later on. He couldn't help but shiver.

Linlin thought Gigue was scared by her. She chuckled and leisurely walked towards the "terrified" Gigue.

Just as Linlin thought the Paw-Paw Fruit was within her grasp, Gigue tightened his grip on Ivan's hand, causing Ivan to cry out in pain with his mouth wide open.

Seizing the opportunity, Gigue grabbed the Paw-Paw Fruit and was about to shove it into Ivan's mouth. However, he had underestimated Linlin's speed.

In the blink of an eye, Linlin had already reached Gigue, kicking the unfortunate Ivan away like a ball.

She crouched down, pinched Gigue's arm, which seemed incredibly slender to her, and said menacingly, "Brat, you're not being honest... Huh?!"

Linlin's expression suddenly changed. She raised an arm covered in Armament Haki. The moment she completed this action, a swordsman shrouded in a black shadow appeared and slashed at Linlin's arm.

The attacker was none other than Saint Garling. After delivering the blow, he immediately retreated, landing not far away, his eyes coldly fixed on Linlin.

Linlin retracted her arm, the Armament Haki fading. A clear red mark was visible on her fair skin. Even with her terrifying defensive capabilities, her arm throbbed with pain.

Frowning, she hadn't expected the Commander of the Divine Knights himself to abandon the main battlefield to deal with her. She found it troublesome and thought to herself, The Celestial Dragons must really value this Paw-Paw Fruit. Then I must have it even more. And that Azure Dragon Fruit too!

Ginny's transmitted message had clearly mentioned the Paw-Paw Fruit and the Azure Dragon Fruit. Linlin had already reviewed the Devil Fruit encyclopedia before coming. Her main objective for coming to God Valley was to obtain the Azure Dragon Fruit.

Having already possessed the Soul-Soul Fruit, she naturally wasn't planning to eat it herself. She intended to use it to entice Kaido, who had been stubbornly refusing to "cooperate."

Linlin had never truly submitted to Rocks and had long wanted to break away from the Rocks Pirates and go solo. Kaido was the one she had her sights on. She planned to use the Azure Dragon Fruit to bind Kaido, making him follow her "in the future."

Initially, she only wanted the Paw-Paw Fruit as a substitute, but Saint Garling's attack made her take it more seriously.

However, she was mistaken. Saint Garling had no interest in the so-called Paw-Paw Fruit. He turned his head to look at Gigue, whom Linlin had ignored, his gaze lingering on Gigue's exposed chest for a moment.

Seeing the crisscrossing scars, his eyes flickered, and he asked, "Hey, what's your name?"

Gigue was taken aback. He naturally knew who Saint Garling was – the Commander of the Divine Knights, an absolute elite among the Celestial Dragons, with terrifying strength.

Why would such a person pay attention to a child like him?

Was it because of the Dark-Dark Fruit ability he had just displayed?

Just as Gigue thought the Paw-Paw Fruit was about to be stolen, Saint Garling moved again.

He simply raised his sword and swung, and a sword energy emitting red and black lightning shot out, directly targeting Linlin.

Linlin dared not be careless and crossed her arms in front of her chest to block the sword energy. However, the Paw-Paw Fruit also slipped from her hands and rolled to Gigue's feet.

Ivan had already been kicked several meters away by Linlin. Gigue flew up and kicked the Paw-Paw Fruit at his feet towards Kuma, shouting, "Kuma! Eat the Paw-Paw Fruit quickly!"

Kuma and Ginny were still in a daze. Gigue's shout startled them. Kuma didn't care anymore and opened his mouth wide, lunging towards the flying Paw-Paw Fruit.

His mouth was much larger than Gigue's. The Paw-Paw Fruit was directly swallowed by him, and soon, a pair of very cute-looking paw pads appeared in Kuma's palms.
