Hiruzen Sarutobi was the Third Hokage, but after cramming some knowledge about Torikaze's World, he knew that the Hiruzen Sarutobi before him was not the Third Hokage.
The Third Hokage was Lord Torikaze beside him.
"Haha, Hiruzen, you came. Your speed really is impressive. The contract was only signed yesterday, yet you've already gathered the manpower today."
"What are you saying, Lord Hashirama? This is an order from the Uzumaki Clan. It's an extremely important matter."
Yuukou was deeply moved when he heard that. Coming to Konoha had truly been the right choice.
Everyone in Konoha was so kind! The people of Torikaze's World were of such high caliber as well.

But he probably had no time for that now. Construction at the Whirlpool Clan Grounds would begin during this period, so it would likely take several months.
