Torikaze instantly arrived at the Sarutobi Clan Grounds. After finding Biwako and telling her about Mikoto, he immediately brought her over.

This completely baffled Fugaku. How had they brought her back in just one minute?

But he had no time to think about it. "Senior Biwako, please help my wife."

Biwako patted Fugaku on the shoulder. "Don't panic. I'll go in and take a look first. Isn't Chisato in there too? The two of us should be fine."

Torikaze's smile was slightly awkward. What use was Chisato in there? She wasn't a Medical Ninja either.

"How about I bring Tsunade over? It'll be safer if the two of you work together."

Another minute later, Torikaze had brought Tsunade over from her home.

She was still somewhat dazed, but after Torikaze explained what had happened, Tsunade understood.

"Then there's no time to waste. Let's go in quickly."

Biwako immediately nodded.

With Konoha's foremost obstetrics expert and miracle doctor present, Fugaku's nervousness vanished completely.

"Don't worry. There won't be any problems. The technique I used just now can last for quite a while. During that time, Mikoto's mind will remain relatively clear."

Fugaku thanked Torikaze once again.

"No need. You're Chisato's disciple, so you naturally count as half my disciple too. Since Mikoto is giving birth, of course we have to come help."

And so, Mikoto's labor lasted roughly three or four hours.

Just as Fugaku was beginning to grow anxious, the cry of a newborn rang out from inside the room.

Joy filled the room as well.

Biwako wrapped the infant in swaddling clothes.

Then she pushed open the door and walked out. "Fugaku, look at your second son. Isn't he adorable?"

Fugaku looked at the tiny baby in the swaddling clothes, unable to stop the smile spreading across his face.
