Under Yahiko's lead, the four of them arrived at the room where Hatake had been staying temporarily a few days ago.

It had already been simply cleaned up and was ready to move into.

"This is the guest room. Nagato, settle in here for now. We can talk about it when you want to go back. There are many things in Konoha worth learning from."

Nagato nodded. "Yes. The village matters have all been entrusted to my trusted subordinates, so we are at ease. We came here this time to learn some advanced knowledge and see what the Rain Country in this world is like."

Yahiko and Konan smiled at that. "But it's far more developed than your place! Once you've recovered your energy in a day or two, we'll take you around. We guarantee your jaws will drop."

They made it sound so mysterious that Nagato and Alternate Konan both grew curious.

"Didn't you say that after Hanzo's defeat, the Rain Country was divided among three nations? Even so, is it still better governed than ours?"

Alternate Konan voiced her question, and Yahiko was more than happy to answer.

"Though it was divided up, Konoha has always taken the lead. As the central point of the division, Amegakure was established as Central City. Guests traveling between the three nations come in an endless stream, and it has developed into a very prosperous place."

"On top of that, we made use of the Rain Country's unique features. We rebuilt lakes large and small, turned them into fish ponds, and started aquaculture. The yearly profits are frighteningly high."

Nagato and Alternate Konan were both confused after hearing this. The Rain Country did have many lakes, but it rained all year round, causing many of those lakes to connect to one another.
