A large group of elfin students had gathered in the northwest corner of the Dance Floor, and cheerful violin music filled the air.
Sabrina was surrounded by a group of Silver Moon Elf students. She stared sharply at the Silvermoon Elven Nobles opposite her, her long, cascading hair tied into a ponytail. She had no intention of backing down.
When her girlfriends realized things had escalated, they all grabbed their long skirts and ran away in fright.
To Sabrina's anger, even her troublemaking best friend had quietly slipped away, leaving her alone surrounded by a group of Silver Moon Elf.
Two male Silver Moon Elf students came up and reached for LS Brina's arm, but Sabrina pushed them away forcefully.
They hadn't expected Sabrina to possess such strength. Her back slammed into her companion, enraging the Silver Moon Elf, who could no longer contain their anger and forcefully surrounded her...
An Ice Shield suddenly appeared on Sabrina, startling the two Silver Moon Elf.
Miss Tiffany clutched a magic book to her chest, pushed aside the elf students watching, and squeezed her way in from the outside.
Before she could even ask Sabrina what had happened, she saw her draw a Magic Rune Array on her chest, and suddenly countless water vapors gathered around Miss Tiffany's body, slowly forming an Ice Ball above her head.
A group of Silver Moon Elf students quickly retreated, fearing they might be caught in the blast when the Ice Ball exploded...
A Ice Rune also appeared beneath Miss Tiffany's feet, spreading outwards and forcing the elven students to retreat.
Holding the magic book in one hand, she whispered to Sabrina, "There are too many of them... Let's find a way to get out of here."
Actually, every year there are some minor disputes at the Academy Dance, but in previous years those disputes had nothing to do with Roy, and Roy couldn't even be bothered to look at them...
Now that the time has come, Roy has to grit his teeth and charge forward.
The incident happened somewhat suddenly.
Although Woods wasn't with Sabrina at the time, he witnessed the whole incident: one of Sabrina's best friends was dancing and, perhaps too engrossed in it, didn't notice her surroundings. When she extended her chest with her elbows, she accidentally bumped into a Silver Moon Elven Nobles.
This friend not only didn't apologize, but also casually said something very offensive.
When she turned around, she realized that there were several Silver Moon Elven Nobles behind her, and she was so frightened that she started to stutter.
Several Silver Moon Elf relentlessly pursued her, causing her best friend to scream in terror.
Sabrina, of course, had to stand by her best friend at this point.
During the argument, Sabrina slapped a Silvermoon Elven Nobles, which caused an uproar among the Silver Moon Elf students...
Sabrina's best friends, sensing things were going badly, all slipped away...
Seeing that things had escalated, Woods quickly sought Roy's help...
He led the way and briefly explained the whole story to Roy.
Moira followed behind Roy, her face pale with fright.
Klayr squeezed in from somewhere, and she and Roy exchanged a glance, knowing that this kind of thing absolutely couldn't be blown out of proportion on campus.
Fighting at the school's dance is strictly prohibited by the Elf Academy.
Whoever is caught by the academy will face consequences ranging from a school-wide announcement to expulsion...
Squeezing into the group, Roy discovered that Miss Tiffany was actually with Sabrina. Sabrina had an Ice Shield in front of her, and an Ice Ball was suspended above Miss Tiffany's head.
Sabrina ripped the slit in her dress up to her thigh and assumed a fighting stance.
Amidst the boos from those around them, the two male Silver Moon Elf students cautiously approached Sabrina, but they were no match for Sabrina at all. They were quickly forced to retreat by Sabrina.
A dozen or so Silvermoon Elven Nobles surrounded Sabrina. The handsome young Silver Moon Elf noble opposite her had a clear red handprint on his face, and his eyes were blazing with anger.
Roy had never dealt with this Silvermoon Elven Nobles before, and he figured that even if he tried to persuade him, the other party would definitely ignore him.
As Roy lowered his voice and pushed forward, he quickly said to Woods:
"Woods, if the two sides can't reach an agreement later, I'm going to grab Sabrina and rush out. You'll lead the way and head towards the academy gate. Moira, you take Miss Tiffany with you and make sure you stay with us!"
"Yes," Woods and Moira replied simultaneously.
After saying that, Roy cast a ' Strength Blessing ' on Woods, and a holy fist disappeared above Woods' head.
Woods used brute force to push forward, shoving aside any elf students who stood in his way.
"Stop, Sabrina, don't cause any more trouble here."
Roy stepped forward and stopped Sabrina, then turned to the Silvermoon Elven Nobles and said, "I'm sorry, my friend acted impulsively just now. If possible, I'll apologize on her behalf. I also know some Healing Spell that can quickly reduce your swelling..."
Then, Roy spread his hands and gave the Silvermoon Elven Nobles a smile.
Unexpectedly, the Silver Moon Elven Nobles was completely unmoved and showed no appreciation for Roy's words of reconciliation.
The Silver Moon Elf nearby also had cold faces, and scolded Roy, "Get out of here! Where did you come from?"
Two Silvermoon Elven Nobles tried to push Roy away, but Roy ducked and deftly dodged them...
Seeing that the dispute was irreconcilable, Roy stopped talking nonsense. This kind of chaos could not be delayed for too long. Once the academy was alerted, Sabrina would probably not escape punishment.
More and more Silver Moon Elf are appearing around us...
This place used to be where Half-Elf dancers danced, but now it's packed with elf students.
Roy turned his head, grabbed Sabrina's wrist, and dragged her toward the academy gate...
The runes on Woods' arms lit up, his arms became thick and strong, with sharp nails growing out, and his pectoral muscles swelled up instantly. He pushed his arms forward with force, and his body crashed into the Silver Moon Elf like a locomotive.
To avoid chaos, he did not transform into Bear Form.
A group of Silver Moon Elf students who had been surrounding the area were now thrown off balance by Woods's collision...
Klayr, standing on the periphery, saw the conflict erupting within the crowd and immediately shouted, "Everyone, make way! The instructors are coming..."
Some of the elf students, who hadn't had time to figure out what was going on, scattered in a panic, creating a very chaotic scene.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, Roy grabbed Sabrina and followed behind Woods, running as fast as he could outside.
Tiffany and Moira followed closely behind...
While Roy was dealing with the emergency, Miss Phyllis received the news and quietly inquired with Ms. Edith:
Edith, should we help?
Edith stood in another corner of the Dance Floor, shook her head decisively, and said to Miss Phyllis:
"I think they should be able to handle it themselves. It's a small matter... nothing serious."
"The one who got hit was..."
Miss Phyllis leaned close to Ms. Edith's ear and whispered something.
"..."
Ms. Edith's eyes widened, and for a moment she forgot what to say.
Meanwhile, Miss Christine was on a terrace in the Teaching Building, leaning on the railing with both hands, chatting and laughing with a group of friends as they watched the commotion below.
She was surrounded by older elf students...
For students in seventh grade and above, the End-of-Term Ball is held on the terrace on the third floor of the main Teaching Building.
Soon someone came over and whispered a few words in her ear, and Miss Christine was startled.
When I looked downstairs again, I found that the Dance Floor was in complete chaos...
Roy grabbed Sabrina and rushed to the academy gate.
Just then, a row of carriages was parked on the street outside the college. He led Sabrina into one of the carriages, and Woods, Moira, and Miss Tiffany followed suit.
Roy leaned out of the carriage window and tossed Ten Kole to the coachman, urging him to hurry to the Lower District.
By this time, the Silver Moon Elf students had already chased after them out of the academy.
The coachman immediately drove away at top speed...
"Do you know who that Silvermoon Elven Nobles you just attacked was?"
Roy finally breathed a sigh of relief when he saw the carriage drive away from the Elf Academy.
A group of Silvermoon Elven Nobles even tried to intercept the carriage, forcing the coachman to draw an 'S' shaped route in the street to barely avoid the elven students who rushed into the street.
Sabrina sat in the carriage, utterly frustrated, and said, "I don't know her..."
Roy slapped his forehead, speechless, and said, "Alright, we'll take a ship to Pattington Island tomorrow morning. Everyone, meet on the Black Pearl tomorrow morning."
Everyone in the carriage answered in unison:
"OK."
Woods asked curiously, "Roy, who exactly was that Silver Moon Elven Nobles just now?"
Roy turned to look at Sabrina, who had been wearing a sour face the whole way, and casually said, "It doesn't matter who it is, but you'd better be careful when making friends. If you make the wrong friends, it will bring you a lot of trouble."
Sabrina angrily turned her head to the side...
Miss Tiffany and Moira exchanged a glance, and the former gave the latter a reassuring gesture.
The carriage soon arrived at Brown Street, and everyone disembarked at the street corner.
The next morning, Roy, Moira, and Sabrina arrived at the Black Pearl.
Today, the Lookout Platform at the top of the ship's mainmast has an umbrella-shaped canopy. Woods finally revived the mainmast, which had been dead for who knows how many years, with the Spring of Life, and a lush canopy has grown on top of the mast.
The tree roots beneath the mast had sunk deep into the Bottom Cabin. It's also worth mentioning that when the mainmast revived into a tree, perhaps due to the Spring of Life, it acquired a very strange ability.
The timber of the entire ship is becoming part of it incredibly slowly, and the timber is also reviving.
The keel and planks surrounding the mainmast now emit a pleasant scent of wood resin...
Woods told Roy that if nurtured well enough, the boat could very well turn into a tree someday.
Woods has been living on the Ship Building for the past few years, which he has turned into a small garden. The nineteen pots of Light Flower have grown to more than fifty.
The bronze human-shaped ram at the bow of the ship has almost become a diving platform. Miss Tiffany dug a large, deep pit in the beach below, so that even at low tide, some seawater will remain in the sand pit.
When Miss Tiffany was bored, she would stand at the bow of the boat and jump into the water repeatedly...
Not long after, Klayr arrived in a carriage.
After everyone gathered, they went to the dock at Castleton Harbour, where Roy was to receive the goods.
The rest of the crew boarded Supply Ship bound for Pattington Island.
Klayr followed Roy, telling him what had happened at the ball after they left the night before.
"Not long after you left, the academy's instructors arrived. Luckily you left quickly, otherwise Sabrina might have been in trouble..." Klayr whispered to Roy as she carried the Wooden Box.
"We have to be careful now. I've noticed that the relationship between the Silver Moon Elf and the Half-Elf in Castleton City is getting worse and worse, probably due to the influence of the Pattington Plane!" Roy said with some concern.
"I think it's fine. The academy probably won't think anything of it!" Klayr said.
"You're surrounded by a bunch of Silver Moon Elf all day long, what can you possibly feel?" Roy said bluntly.
Klayr wasn't annoyed at all, and said smugly, "Everyone likes me, what can I do about it!"
"You didn't let anyone know you were going to the Pattington Plane for training, did you?" Roy asked, somewhat worried.
"Of course it's confidential, you can rest assured!" Klayr said confidently, "This time I'm determined to have an unforgettable interdimensional journey."
"It will be something you'll never forget..." Roy chuckled.
"Have you decided where to go?" Klayr asked.
Roy placed the Wooden Box under the Supply Ship, where it was pulled up by the pulley crane above.
"Of course, this is a plan that needs to be made before we set off. We're going to the Pagisto Plateau," Roy said.
"Roy, it looks like someone's coming over there..."
Woods caught up from behind, carrying a large Wooden Box, and pointed to the east side of the dock, speaking to Roy.
"It looks like those Silvermoon Elven Nobles from last night. How did they manage to find their way here?" Roy stopped and looked around, frowning as he spoke.
"What should we do?" Woods asked, a little nervously.
"Never mind them, let's get these supplies onto the ship first..." Roy said.
The three of them loaded the supplies they had purchased the day before onto the ship, and then boarded the Supply Ship themselves. Only then did the group of Silvermoon Elven Nobles arrive at the Deep Water Dock...
Roy had no intention of paying any attention to the Silver Moon Elf and returned to his cabin to rest.
The Silvermoon Elven Nobles probably saw Roy and Klayr board the ship and wanted to board as well, but they were stopped by the Elf Warrior guarding the sampan. The ship belonged to the military and boarding was not allowed without military permission.
Therefore, a group of Silver Moon Elf could only stand on the dock in great anger, watching the Supply Ship carrying Roy and his group slowly leave the port.
Roy leaned against the cabin window, watching the Silver Moon Elf stomp their feet in anger, muttering, "Hopefully, in two months, they'll have forgotten all this unpleasantness..."
"Hehe, who could forget being slapped by the person they love?" Klayr chuckled and said.
