The Logistics Regiment mobilized a hundred horses, along with Leishande's thirty-odd argali sheep, to form a caravan that followed the valley ahead into the mountains on the edge of the Pagisto Plateau.

Upon learning that Roy was about to leave the military camp, many Elf Warrior ran out of the camp to see him off, all thanking Roy for healing their warhorses.

After leaving the garrison camp, Roy followed the Logistics Regiment and soon reached the mountainside of the valley. Looking back at the garrison camp, he saw that it was located at the foot of a mountain Hilly Mountain Area, with a misty hilly area further away.

In the misty mountains, you can also see some elven Logistics Regiment.

"Roy, how long will it take to reach the Pagisto Plateau after entering these mountains?" Commander Berkeley asked Roy, riding a white horse and looking up at the towering mountain ridges on both sides.

The mountains here are mostly covered with grass and shrubs below the waist, while the upper part is bare rock. Small rocks are piled up at the bottom, and large rocks at the top are covered with mottled cracks, as if they could collapse at any moment.

The caravan traveled along a narrow path through the grassland, with each horse carrying a large amount of supplies.

Leishande's argali sheep caravan followed behind the group, but these argali sheep were the most stable when walking on Mountain Road. Leishande led the lead argali sheep and walked forward at a leisurely pace. He was always the last to set off, but the first to rest.

This Mountain Road leading into the Pagisto Plateau was opened up by the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment. Because Silver Pegasus Warrior scouted the area from the sky, the road was not difficult to travel.

However, once they entered the mountains, the Elf Warrior discovered that the temperature difference between day and night was significant.

During the day, the midday sun scorches the rocks underfoot until they are burning hot, and at night, the north wind blows so hard that it can even frost over the grass.

The lack of lush vegetation here is largely due to this extreme climate.

The Elf Warrior, accustomed to the pleasant climate of the jungle, felt somewhat uncomfortable after entering the mountains. Fortunately, the Logistics Regiment had brought enough Magic Herbs, and every day after camping, Commander Berkeley would boil water with Calming Flower for everyone to drink.

The Calming Flower has a soothing effect on emotions and can also restore mental energy. Drinking this flower tea can improve sleep quality.

Even so, some Elf Warrior in the Logistics Regiment still fell ill.

When elves fall ill, they can usually recover quickly by drinking some Tree of Life Sap.

The Logistics Regiment marched through the mountains for nine days before finally catching up with the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment that was waiting ahead.

This is a valley formed by two mountain ridges extending from the southern part of the Pagisto Plateau.

Once you pass through the mountain pass, you've officially arrived at the Pagisto Plateau. Upon entering the Pagisto Plateau, the extreme mountain climate immediately becomes milder. The plateau is covered with a lush green carpet of grass that extends into the valleys, adorning them with verdant greenery.

The campsite was located halfway up the southern slope of the valley, without any fences, and all you could see was a large expanse of white tents.

A herd of warhorses grazed on the grass next to the camp, and every now and then some Elf Warrior rode out of the camp. These Elf Warrior wore Light Armor and their bodies radiated a silver light.

This is the temporary camp of the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment.

The Logistics Regiment transported the supplies into the camp, and everyone's faces showed relaxed smiles. The Elf Warrior in the Logistics Regiment had endured wind and rain and faced extreme weather in the mountains along the way, and now that they had finally arrived at the target camp, their mood was naturally different.

Ahead lay an endless expanse of highland grassland, and above was a sky as clean and clear as a sapphire.

This place boasts a beautiful landscape completely different from the jungle...

The Elf Warrior in the Vanguard Regiment rushed out to help the Elf Warrior in the Logistics Regiment unload the supplies.

"Roy..."

Commander Berkeley shouted at Roy and waved to him.

Roy had originally intended to help Leishande and Langbo unload the supplies from the argali sheep, but when he saw Commander Berkeley calling him, he quickly rode his little stallion to Commander Berkeley's side.

"Come with me..."

Commander Berkeley went to deliver supplies to the commander of the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment, which is why he brought Roy along.

In fact, Roy was also part of the supplies. Earl Swynborne specifically requested that Commander Berkeley bring Roy to the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment.

"Roy, if it weren't for your help along the way, our Logistics Regiment probably wouldn't have been able to reach the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment's camp so smoothly," Commander Berkeley said with emotion.

"It's nothing, it's what I should do." Roy urged the little mare to walk a few steps forward, and he walked side by side with Commander Berkeley. "So, are you going to go back the way you came?"

Commander Berkeley smiled at Roy, Roy humble personality was very endearing.

Many talented young Silver Moon Elf suffer from a common flaw: arrogance and conceit.

But these bad habits are nowhere to be seen in Roy; he is always very humble.

Commander Berkeley even considered keeping Roy by his side. He said frankly, "Well, we still need to transport some more supplies up. I've already traveled this route once, so I have some impression of it. It will be easier to go from here on out."

Roy thought of Leishande and Langbo, and seized the opportunity to ask, "Would you let Leishande and those argali sheep leave?"

Commander Berkeley nodded, adopting an air of matter-of-fact, and said to Roy:

"Of course, they have completed the transport mission excellently. Before they leave, they will receive a transport allowance. Roy, you can talk to Leishande and see what they want, Kole or something else, such as some living supplies, as long as it's not military supplies, anything else is fine."

Upon hearing what the Commander Berkeley said, Roy happily exclaimed:

"Okay, I'll go ask."

He was constantly worried that the Logistics Regiment would take a liking to Leishande's argali pack and then find various reasons to keep Leishande and Langbo in the Logistics Regiment as free laborers.

It now seems... that the Commander Berkeley didn't have that idea.

It was he who found Leishande and invited Leishande's caravan to help.

Now, Roy is naturally responsible for ensuring that Leishande and Langbo leave safely.

Inside the main tent of the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment, Commander Hekelis stood in front of a map, frowning as he looked at a large blank area.

He was a Silvermoon Elven Nobles baron and also an outstanding military commander.

Although the Vanguard Regiment has two Silver Pegasus reconnaissance teams that can always deliver some intelligence to the military camp, nine times out of ten, when they send out cavalry raiding squadrons to rush into the plateau, they will find nothing. Those Elf Headhunters are not foolish enough to wait in place.

The Pagisto Plateau is vast, and chasing small groups of Elf Headhunters on this grassland will always present various difficulties.

Upon hearing the adjutant enter and report, "Lord Hekelis, Commander Berkeley of the Logistics Regiment has brought the supplies!"

Commander Hekelis quickly walked to the tent entrance, and the guards lifted the tent flap, revealing Commander Berkeley standing outside.

Commander Hekelis put his hand on Commander Berkeley's shoulder and invited Commander Berkeley into the tent with great familiarity.

"Berkeley, why are you so late this time?"

"The road conditions in the Hilly Mountain Area are extremely bad. We brought back hundreds of wagons from Padesto City this time, and at least half of them were lost in those muddy hills. After entering the mountains, the roads here are even worse. We can only put together a pack caravan to deliver the urgently needed supplies," Commander Berkeley hurriedly explained.

Commander Hekelis actually knew some things about the Logistics Regiment.

But hearing this news from Commander Berkeley's mouth still surprised Commander Hekelis.

Commander Berkeley pointed to Roy beside him and said with a smile to Commander Hekelis, "Commander Hekelis, this is Roy. The Earl personally instructed me... to hand him over to you, and told you to take good care of Roy's safety."

As he spoke, Commander Berkeley took out a letter and handed it to Commander Hekelis. Then he added, "The supplies have all arrived. If there are any special needs, please provide a list before I leave, and I will apply for them immediately upon my return."

Commander Hekelis took the letter but didn't even read it.

He turned to look at his adjutant behind him, who immediately came up and whispered a few words in his ear.

Commander Hekelis nodded, then said to Commander Berkeley, "Perhaps it's due to the change in environment; some of our Elf Warrior have been getting sick lately, so we've been using up a lot of Tree of Life Sap and Life Potion. Next time, try to bring as much Tree of Life Sap as possible!"

The Commander Berkeley nodded quickly, indicating that he had made a note of it.

The adjutant then whispered a few more words in Commander Hekelis ' ear, and Commander Hekelis replied, "Also, bring as many Fire Gathering Art Scroll as possible. It's hard to find firewood on the plateau, and we have limited fuel..."

The Commander Berkeley said he had taken note of it.

Not long after, Commander Berkeley finished handing over the supplies he had brought, then left Roy in the main tent of the military camp and departed alone.

Roy discovered that this Commander Hekelis was very young, and like most Silver Moon Elf, he liked to look down on people.

He would always inadvertently reveal an arrogant expression...

Roy glanced at the three medals on Commander Hekelis' chest and could tell that his men Earl Swynborne, were quite distinguished in battle. After all, the Elf Continent Elf Continent was currently at peace, and war was unlikely to break out there.

The fact that a Silvermoon Elven Nobles possesses three medals indicates that Commander Hekelis has done at least three things worthy of praise.

"Are you Roy?" Commander Hekelis finally looked at Roy directly.

Roy quickly stood up straight and replied, "Yes, Commander."

Commander Hekelis frowned and considered for a moment before instructing the adjutant guarding the door:

"Someone, tell him to join the Tenth Reconnaissance Squad!"

"Yes, Commander," the adjutant replied immediately.

Afterwards, Roy followed the adjutant out of the military camp tent, through a tent area, and Roy led to a tent at the edge of the camp, where a group of Silver Moon Elf Warrior were sitting in front of the tent sunbathing.

"Jones, this is Roy. The commander ordered him to join your Tenth Reconnaissance Squad," the adjutant said.

A Silver Moon Elf wearing leather armor and with a ponytail tied behind her head emerged from the tent.

The Silver Moon Elf, whom the lieutenant called Jones, was a male elf, but he had long, flowing hair.

He had two Storm Greatsword tucked into his waistband, suggesting he was an elven swordsman. His eyes were sharp as knives as he sized Roy up and down, saying nothing but nodding slightly.

The adjutant explained the situation, left Roy there, and then hurriedly departed.

"Roy, are you human or Half-Elf?" Jones moved closer to Roy and scrutinized him closely.

Roy said, "Half-Elf."

Jones nodded, pointed to an open space at the edge of the tent, and said to Roy, "Oh, you can set up your tent here. Our reconnaissance team is on rest today, so you can take your luggage over and set up a tent while you're at it."

Roy quickly asked Captain Jones for leave, as he needed to return to the Logistics Regiment to retrieve his luggage.

Captain Jones nodded in agreement.

Roy then hurried back to the Logistics Regiment's camp, where more than thirty argali sheep were gathered. Leishande was examining his argali sheep.

The supplies had been unloaded, and Langbo began packing his luggage, seemingly not planning to camp in the military camp.

Seeing Roy return, Leishande walked up to Roy and said, "Roy, I need to get back to the settlement as soon as possible and bring back the news from here."

Roy nodded quickly and said, "Leishande, Commander Berkeley wants to give you some transportation subsidies. I think even if you get some Kole, it probably won't be of much use. I suggest you take some living supplies instead."

"They came to the plateau to drive away those Elf Headhunters. These supplies weren't easy to transport up here, so we shouldn't take them," Leishande said after a moment's thought.

"Since Commander Berkeley has said so, it shouldn't be a problem to take some with us. Come on, I'll take you to say goodbye to Commander Berkeley," Roy said to Leishande.

Leishande turned to look at his son, Langbo, before saying to Roy, "Roy, take Langbo with you this time. He's more familiar with the conditions on the plateau. With his help, you can find those Elf Headhunters faster."

Roy was surprised that Leishande would let Langbo stay, and immediately agreed, "If Langbo can help, that would be best."

Roy then went with Leishande to meet with Commander Berkeley.

Commander Berkeley expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Leishande and gave Leishande some living supplies from the supplies allocated to the Logistics Regiment.

The supplies from the Seventeenth Silver Pegasus Legion are quite good.

Leishande obtained some cooking pots, flax thread, and other daily necessities, which are currently the most scarce items for the Half-Elf on the plateau.

With a pass personally signed by Commander Berkeley, Leishande successfully led a flock of argali sheep away from the Cavalry Vanguard Regiment's camp. Roy and Langbo escorted him out of the pass before riding back to the camp.
