She displayed the elves' lightness and flexibility to the fullest as she performed a fluid sequence of movements on the terrace.
Roy even had the feeling that the breakdown movements he and Moira had learned were not part of the same set at all.
Watching Moira complete the sequence, Roy immediately felt a powerful sense of defeat.
The confidence he had only just rebuilt was instantly shattered...
"Roy, what do you think?"
The elf girl stood at the edge of the terrace, her large lake-blue eyes looking at Roy expectantly.
Roy could only pull himself together and praise her sincerely.
"Very good. You've mastered both the rhythm and balance perfectly. Compared to you, the movements I learned can't even be described with the word 'terrible.'"
Moira's eyes curved into crescents as she smiled. Pressing her lips together, she said, "It's okay. You can take it slowly. Sabrina said your body is too stiff, so you can't complete many movements properly. That causes errors when you link into the next movement, which makes the whole sequence badly distorted. We need to correct it starting with the most basic breakdown movements... I'll help you!"
She was rarely this proactive unless she came across something she particularly liked.
With one hand braced against the terrace railing, she leaped forward and drifted lightly into the courtyard.
Without pausing at all, she crossed the courtyard wall. Then, while Roy stared in stunned disbelief, she lightly jumped up, grabbed the tiled eaves beneath Roy's terrace with both hands, casually swung herself twice,
