  • Museria prepared to sortie in the AGE-2 with the Amaterasu Type as both forces deployed for battle.
  • The Rat Hunters used their speed and ranged weapons to pressure the Adele units, while the Cronosians and Mass Production Type ZZ Gundams and FAZZs struck back.
  • A Cronosian used a Rat Hunter’s friendly fire to damage it, then destroyed it with a DODS Rifle.
  • Alfonso’s Evil Hound fought Trifer’s AGE 1 Sovereign Type, and Trifer’s Wild Newtype instincts helped him evade attacks and anticipate Alfonso’s moves.
  • Alfonso used his psychic Newtype abilities to evade Trifer’s predicted attack, leaving both pilots relying on their own heightened instincts.

Ch. 637Combat Domain

Trifer unleashed his X-rounder Combat Domain against Alfonso, whose Spatial Danger Sense let him evade the attacks as Trifer gradually learned to predict his reactions. Alfonso focused on protecting the Transport Fleet, which escaped safely, and Trifer returned to the mothership after his domain weakened.

  • Trifer’s attacks repeatedly missed as Alfonso used Spatial Danger Sense to evade the moves Trifer predicted with his X-rounder ability.
  • Trifer released his Combat Domain, putting Alfonso under pressure as the two pilots fought with their predictive abilities.
  • Alfonso charged the AGE 1 Sovereign Type in the Evil Hound, while Trifer increasingly predicted Alfonso’s movements and attacked.
  • Alfonso kept advancing under fire but recognized that Trifer’s Combat Domain was improving, and continued fighting to cover the Transport Fleet’s retreat.
  • The Transport Fleet safely withdrew, and Trifer’s Combat Domain weakened; his commander ordered the force not to pursue and to return to the mothership.
  • Museria asked Trifer about his domain, and Trifer explained how Alfonso’s spatial sensing countered its predictive power.

Ch. 638Full Body Prosthetic

Trifer told Museria about the successful development of Full Body Prosthetics, while Long Fei reviewed reports on the eight people who had received them. The new prosthetics had given their users superhuman abilities, and Long Fei wondered how the technology would affect the international community once it spread.

  • Trifer and Museria discussed the Skywing Mercenary Group’s recent victories and rewards before Trifer shared rumors about Full Body Prostheticization.
  • Trifer said that people with irrecoverable paralysis or organ failure could have their brains and spines transplanted into prosthetic bodies, and that an early recipient had shown powerful abilities.
  • The Mobile Assault Shell Unit’s fleet activated the Mirage System after its battle to keep battlefield reporters from tracking its movements.
  • Long Fei read a report stating that eight people had successfully received Full Body Prosthetics, including people whose augmentation surgeries had failed or whose bodies were incurably damaged.
