A Border Defense Force fleet attacked Saucer Battleship No. 2, where Colonel Morishita deployed Night Demon MS and activated the Yata Mirror Battleship’s defenses. Full-equipped Jegangs overwhelmed the Night Demon forces and breached the Yata Mirror’s shield, leaving the battleship badly damaged.

• Colonel Morishita watched the Border Defense Force’s three warships arrive and order their MS to attack Saucer Battleship No. 2.
• Morishita deployed the Night Demon MS and activated the Yata Mirror Battleship’s defensive guns and Energy Shield as the fleet attacked.
• Night Demons fought Jegangs and Murasames, while MkⅢs, Delta Plus units, Val. Valos, and Mass Production Psycho Gundams gave the Border Defense Force the advantage.
• Four Full-equipped Jegangs joined the battle, and one destroyed a Night Demon before a Full-equipped Jegang outmaneuvered and overwhelmed a Night Demon Commander.

The Border Defense Force and regular army attacked the Yata Mirror Battleships, whose crews resorted to mass suicide as stealthed n Dagger n units sabotaged them. Long Fei sensed he must spare one particular Night Demon MS and stopped the pursuit, while the surviving Night Demons retreated to Yata Mirror Battleships Number 1 and Number 3 before their commanders were ordered to withdraw.

• Colonel Morishita sent the Yata Mirror Battleship's remaining Night Demon MS units to cover its retreat, but stealthed n Dagger n units killed the escorts and breached the ship.
• After n Dagger n units entered the battleship, Morishita ordered Plan D and killed himself, followed by the crew; Night Demon MS units on the front line fled or self-destructed.
• Yata Mirror Battleship Number 4 was besieged, and its captain ordered Plan D, leaving only a handful of Night Demon MS units alive.

Long Fei oversaw harsh punishments for nobles and officials implicated in fraud involving Electromagnetic Orbital Elevator construction. Meanwhile, Oya Cross Nation's archaeological team uncovered a hidden chamber at the underground Noah site, leaving them poised to make a major discovery.

• On April 30, Oya Cross Nation's archaeological team investigated the underground site where the Dion Empire had found a Noah spacecraft as media covered Marquis Tadeusz's arrest.
• Long Fei refused pleas for leniency and ordered officials, nobles, and merchants involved in the construction fraud punished under the Empire's laws.
• Authorities stripped implicated nobles of their titles and assets, sentenced some to prison or criminal slavery, and reclaimed their fiefs.
• Salamander processed the sentences and condemned the greed of his former colleagues and subordinates.
• On May 10, Oya Cross Nation's archaeological team found Noah artifacts and historical records, then accidentally activated a mechanism that opened a deeper underground chamber.

Long Fei investigated Noahian technology before learning that an archaeological team had uncovered a hidden chamber containing six living Noahians in cryosleep. He examined the chamber’s advanced facilities and began viewing a Noahian documentary about their history on Mars.

• Long Fei compared the Palace of Noah’s blueprints with the Crimson Palace and considered how the Skywing Empire could develop Noahian technology.

• Junior explained that the Noah considered the Solar System the rightful domain of its native humans and had planned to share their technology if humanity met their requirements.
• Junior revealed that the Noah had hidden their most advanced blueprints from the Yama people, and he praised Long Fei for developing powerful combat equipment independently.
• Long Fei asked about Newtypes and extraterrestrial races, and Junior described the Noah, Yama, Spirit, Insectoid, and Beastmen.

• Junior told the Oya Cross Nation people that the Noah were not gods and that Blue Star’s peoples could have developed civilization without Noah guidance.
• Long Fei showed that the Hanxia Empire’s ancestors had developed their own civilization, but the Oya Cross Nation people continued to revere the Noah for their sacrifices against the Yama people.
• Junior gave the equipment in the secret chamber to the Oya Cross Nation people and left with Long Fei, while Anastasia and Stefano stayed behind to pack it.
• Long Fei showed Junior’s group his Guanwana-class MS Carrier, warships, and Gundams, explaining that he had designed most of the equipment himself.

The empire continued its rapid development as it prepared to admit Newtypes seeking asylum and allow hover vehicles on public routes.

• The Skywing Empire celebrated the new year, and ministers reported that its GDP had surpassed the Dion Empire’s prewar peak while its per capita income had risen beyond the Dion Empire’s.
• Rooks reported that the Skywing Coin had become the sole national currency and gained international demand because of the empire’s popular high-tech exports.
• The Industrial Ministry reported that Noah technology had improved more than fifty industrial technologies and could cut the empire’s overall upgrade timeline to five to eight years.
• Long Fei instructed officials to observe Newtypes seeking asylum and grant them Skywing Empire identification if they posed no problems.
• Long Fei set limits on foreign workers’ wages and numbers, and the Transportation Minister reported that new rules would permit hover vehicles on public roads, rivers, and the sea.

Long Fei met with Minister Shlaik and Commander-in-Chief Li Jiaming to choose new mobile suit models as the military planned to phase out its aging Jegans and Murasames. They selected models for development and testing, and Long Fei presented additional designs for the two officials to fund together.

• Long Fei held an all-day meeting with ministers, then slept late while Taoxiang handled palace affairs and Skywing Group documents.
