"No! That's not it!" Tierra felt as though he were playing music to a cow. "What I mean is that fermentation is a natural phenomenon discovered by Muggles. Later, they learned to control and make use of it. When they ferment fruit, it becomes all kinds of fruit wine. Likewise, when they ferment feces, urine, and food scraps, they become a kind of gas and some residue."
