Background / History

Grandmaster identified Ice as a rare soul beast found in the Far North. According to his research, it originally possessed five elements, but deliberately discarded four and concentrated its water-element power until it transformed into ice. A nearly eight-thousand-year-old specimen had been sighted on the Far North's outskirts ten years earlier, making it Yuan Luo's intended choice for a third soul ring with control potential 26.

The Ice clan was originally made up of bloated toads. An earlier member obtained an opportunity that transformed even its species; its descendants, including the muscular frog encountered by Yuan Luo, inherited those advantageous traits and lived in the elder's cave 30.

Appearance

Ice initially defies Yuan Luo's expectations: rather than a conventional ice beast, it appears as an enormous, heavily muscled frog 27.
