Background

Seele is Cocolia's adopted daughter, stranded alone in the Sea of Quantum. Hunger, thirst, and repeated encounters with quantum monsters nearly kill her, but her promise to one day see the sea with Bronya gives her the resolve to endure. 70

An Invitation Letter reaches her in the Sea of Quantum and manifests as a notebook that she initially uses as a diary. Gwen's messages begin appearing within it, alarming both Seele and the protective consciousness in her Stigmata; nevertheless, the notebook offers their first apparent connection to the outside world and a possible path home. 73 74
