Jiang Hao had just opened his mouth to speak when he suddenly heard several women screaming from the distant yacht. Startled, he looked over, and Jane did the same. Then she suddenly said, "I think I can smell blood."
A woman stumbled onto the deck, but the moment she appeared, a man behind her easily grabbed her by the hair, tilted her neck to one side, and bit down on her slender throat.
"Ahhh!"
The woman let out a scream. With nothing blocking the sound this time, it carried far across the water. The yacht was lit up, and Jiang Hao and Jane saw the scene clearly.
Vampires!
Could they be Victoria's people?
It was certainly possible. Jane had tracked them all the way to Los Angeles, and it was certain that at least some of Victoria's people were there. Yet after searching for days, they had found no trace of them. It was entirely possible that they had been hiding on a boat.
"Jon, I'm calling Felix over," Jane said.
Jiang Hao thought for a moment and stopped her.
"This boat isn't big. When you smashed their window earlier, only a few people came out to check. I'm guessing there are only six to eight people aboard. If half of them are food, then there are only three or four vampires," Jiang Hao said.
"Even four would be extremely difficult to handle," Jane said.
"Relax, I'm here. Back then, I could handle you and your two guards alone. As long as you use Soul Burn to control one or two of them, we can definitely take these little guys down easily," Jiang Hao said.
Jiang Hao's reasoning was simple. His mission was not complete yet. Such a perfect opportunity had fallen right into his lap. If Jane called reinforcements,
