Son Goku's victory had come as quite a surprise. Logically speaking, he was not much stronger than Majin Buu, but Majin Buu was simply too adorably foolish. Despite his outstanding talent, he had failed to show it at the tournament. Before he could use many of his techniques, a momentary mistake had cost him the entire match.

In an ordinary battle, Majin Buu might not necessarily have lost.

After losing the match, Majin Buu leaped over to Mephia's side and said blankly, "Mephia, I lost the match."

"Mm, I saw." Mephia shot Majin Buu an irritated look, then suddenly seemed a little dejected. "I just had bad luck. I ran into Mom in the qualifying rounds. Otherwise, I definitely could have made it to the finals. Now look at us—we both lost."

What a shame. What a waste.

Mephia chuckled and said, "Buu, after the tournament ends, let's go train elsewhere. With my talent as a Legendary Super Saiyan, I can't possibly be only this strong. Once I break through, if there's another martial arts tournament next time, I'll definitely get good results."

"Mm, let's go train. There are lots of fun places in the universe."

Majin Buu laughed. In truth, he felt about the same no matter where he went, but he liked the environment of Red Mountain Star more.

Just as Mephia and Majin Buu secretly resolved to leave and train elsewhere, someone
