He swept his eyes around but did not spot Son Goku and the others. This was the difference between Instant Transmission and Grand Teleportation. Grand Teleportation took time, while Instant Transmission arrived in the blink of an eye. By now, Son Goku had long since taken Son Bulla and Asterlin to Earth.
"Lord Beerus, there's no escaping this time," Whis said calmly to Beerus.

Beerus's stern face was dark with rage, his teeth grinding audibly.
