"We should leave this place first."
With that thought in mind, Chaya lowered his head and glanced at the sleeping Mephia. He gently patted her cheek to wake her, then handed her two Senzu Beans to restore her strength.
"Dad, what is this place?"
After recovering, Mephia frowned as she observed the surroundings. The pungent smell hanging in the air made her uncomfortable.
"I don't know. Everyone on this planet has already evacuated. Perhaps it was a planet forced to be abandoned after an invasion by an outside force." Chaya spread out his psychic power and discovered that, aside from a few aliens wreaking havoc, there were no other living beings on the planet.
"Invaders? Then they're evil!"
Mephia's eyes suddenly lit up. She raised a finger, and a pale violet glow appeared at its tip.
"Dad, can I destroy this planet?" Every time Mephia destroyed a planet, she felt deeply satisfied. So whenever she saw a planet that could be destroyed, her enthusiasm surpassed everyone else's.
Chaya did not know when Mephia had developed this habit. She seemed to possess an intense fixation on destructive acts done in the name of eliminating evil. But the planet before them truly had no reason to remain. Even if Mephia did not destroy it, it would sooner or later be destroyed anyway.
"Do whatever you like." Chaya shrugged, with no intention of stopping her.
"Hehe!"
Mephia smiled happily, then slowly rose into the air with Chaya. Before long, they had left the atmosphere.
