Opening his eyes, Ning Wuque braced himself against a large tree beside him and struggled to stand. He watched a huge silkworm fiercely burrow into Huo Yuhao's body, leaving behind only a platinum-colored silkworm shell.

Through the narrow slit of his opened eyelids, Ning Wuque saw a pitch-black figure suspended in the sky. It first moved as though intending to enter Huo Yuhao's body and take refuge there.

That brief pause sent Ning Wuque's heart into his throat. Electrolux had not chosen Huo Yuhao! He was considering someone else!

What followed was an overall decline in the vitality and blood energy throughout his body. Yet under Electrolux's exquisite control, the flesh and blood within him that generated vitality did not weaken at all. Instead, they continued functioning normally at one hundred and fifty percent of their usual efficiency!

Ning Wuque spoke casually, ignoring the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm's freak-out. Instead, he forced himself to stay more alert as he kept watch beside Wu Feng and Ning Tian, while taking out food to replenish the energy his body needed.

Although the surrounding soul beasts had most likely all been knocked unconscious by Sky Dream Ice Silkworm, what needed to be done still had to be done.

It has been revised. Here, the author chose to have the protagonist obtain Electrolux, then pass his knowledge on to Ning Tian, taking only the necessary Life Carving Knife and providing assistance.

As for how to attract him, I used three conditions: the protagonist's unusual soul, his extraordinary vitality and blood energy, and a foreshadowed setting. This can be seen from the fact that Electrolux resided not in the Sea of Consciousness, but in the heart.

A detail in Chapter 38 has been revised. The number of soul bones possessed by Wu Feng's father, Wu Yan, has been changed to three.

One corresponds to his Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring, while the other two are Ten Thousand Year Soul Bones.
