"Servant, calling for support, calling for support."
Seeing Mash and Ritsuka destroy three mechanized soldiers so easily, one of the distant machines immediately began calling for reinforcements. More mechanized soldiers charged toward them, while the artillery fire shifted in their direction. Clearly, they had been deemed troublesome enemies.
"They do not even care about their own comrades." Mash was shocked as the bombardment continued without pause, even while the mechanized soldiers had her pinned down.
"Mash, they are mechanized soldiers. They will not care about that. Retreat for now," Roman said immediately after seeing their situation through the feed.
The mechanized soldiers clearly had experience dealing with Servants. Faced with endless artillery fire, even Servants would be in danger, not to mention that Mash had a Master with her.

Mash and Ritsuka had not run far before encountering another group of enemies: soldiers armed with cold weapons. They had apparently mistaken Mash and Ritsuka for allies of the other side.
"Senpai, be careful. They are different from ordinary soldiers."
With the soldiers charging them without a word, Mash and Ritsuka could only fight back. The moment they clashed, Mash sensed that these enemies were different. She had participated in war before—during Rome, she had fought on the front lines—but that battle had been completely unlike this one.
Mash had initially intended to hold back, but she immediately used her full strength. This was clearly no time for restraint. If this had been
