After realizing that the person before them simply would not listen, Mash gave up trying to persuade her. She raised her shield and sent the foremost Sphinx flying.

The Sphinx that had been sent flying crashed straight through one of the temple walls. The scene felt strangely familiar. Mash might have had a petite build, but she could wield such an enormous shield and bat aside a monster even larger than herself. Ritsuka was not surprised by this in the slightest, but the woman who called herself a pharaoh looked utterly shocked.

"A pharaoh... Why would there be a pharaoh here?" While Mash and the others fought, Roman fell into thought. Naturally, he knew about pharaohs, but it was strange for one to appear here at this point in time.
