Seeing Ivan the Terrible's lightning about to strike Salieri at the piano, Mash, alerted by Ritsuka, immediately leaped from the Primal Giant toward the royal palace and unleashed her Noble Phantasm in midair.
In the original work, perhaps because she had died and returned to life, Mash's body had recovered, but she had lost the power of a Heroic Spirit. Only later, when Ritsuka's side encountered danger during Humanity Freezing, did she regain that power. Yet by then, it no longer belonged to Galahad—it belonged to her alone.
Because of Shen Fei, Mash had never lost her powers here. However, that did not make much difference to her. Her Noble Phantasm was still the same Noble Phantasm. Ivan the Terrible's divine lightning might have been powerful, but breaking through Camelot's walls was impossible.
