At nineteen, Honkai Sickness broke out on a massive scale.

That same year, Blanca left Mobius Laboratory. Before leaving, she introduced Klein to Mobius.

At the same time, Vill-V successfully constructed The Sea of Quanta to imprison beings beyond Flame Chasers' control.

One year after the Third Herrscher appeared, the Fourth Herrscher—the Herrscher of Wind—emerged.

The Herrscher of Wind could control the movement of air. If properly controlled, she could deal a devastating blow to Earth's ecosystem.

But you did not intend to act.

First, the Herrscher of Thunder's corpse had vanished last time, leaving only the Herrscher Core behind, which had aroused Flame Chasers' suspicions.

Looking at the dark green-haired boy before him, Yoshikage Kira said, "Go to Flame Chasers. It has what you want."

"And don't get close to the center of the storm. What's inside isn't something you can stand against with passion alone."

With that, Yoshikage Kira turned and left.

You saved Cosmo, the future ninth of the Thirteen Flame-Moth Heroes, "Dawnlight," and guided him to join Flame Chasers.

In the end, Flame Chasers paid a terrible price to eliminate the Herrscher of Wind.

Before dying, the Herrscher of Wind released all her authority, leaving Flame Chasers with a despairing outcome.

She changed the direction of atmospheric circulation.

But it would not have too great an impact on the climate in the short term.

Yet given enough time, human civilization would suffer a catastrophic disaster.

"Senior, aren't you worried?" After finishing his training, Cosmo spoke to Yoshikage Kira.

"Worried about what?"

To deal with the Herrschers that might appear in the future, Vill-V proposed the Divine Keys Project to Flame Chasers' higher-ups—using captured Herrscher Cores to create weapons.

The Herrschers' power filled Flame Chasers' higher-ups with fear, and they agreed to Vill-V's plan.

And so...

"Doctor Mobius, hand over the Herrscher Core already."

Looking at the arrogant Vill-V and the grim-faced Mobius, Yoshikage Kira rubbed his head.

In the end, through mediation by Yoshikage Kira and Klein, the two reached an agreement—Vill-V took the Herrscher of Thunder Core, while the corpses of the Herrscher of Reason and the Herrscher of the Void remained with Mobius for research.
