A month later, all twenty-one members of the Galaxy Envoy arrived at the Galaxy Office of the Tai Wei Hua Civilization, before the Star Giant Tree.
"Guards from each civilization, please stop here. From this point on, we'll transport only the twenty-one people on the list. The Tai Wei Hua Civilization will guarantee your safety." Zuo Men took human form, a smile appearing on his face.
Everyone knew the rules. The representatives parted from their guards and sent them home.
When the Milky Way Galaxy had first attended one of these gatherings, its delegates had been uncooperative and suspicious. But after enough visits, they had grown familiar with the arrangement. The Tai Wei Hua Civilization had never used it as a chance to harm anyone.
