Overlord of the Triangulum Galaxy

The Galaxy Envoy had been settled for less than half a month when delegations from other galaxies began to arrive.

The Large Magellanic Cloud, the Small Magellanic Cloud, the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy, the Ursa Minor Dwarf Galaxy, the Tucana Dwarf Galaxy...

Every delegation had twenty-one members. As soon as they arrived, they went straight to the Galaxy Envoy's quarters to pay their respects to the Immortal Transformation Celestial Venerable.

Of the fifty galaxies in the Local Group, the Milky Way Galaxy was second only to the Andromeda Galaxy. It had produced several Unified Force Civilizations and held considerable standing.

By comparison, the various dwarf galaxies were tiny. Producing even one Unified Force Civilization was an extraordinary feat. Such a civilization could sweep through its entire galaxy unchallenged.

So unlike the Milky Way, which had the Star Alliance, the envoys from elsewhere were true Galaxy Overlords. Each held every celestial body in its galaxy, with a highly unified culture.

Even so, none could match the Heavenly Heart Civilization.

As soon as they arrived, they sought out the Milky Way's civilizations to exchange technology.

This was customary. Though Ancient Wormholes existed, the Tai Wei Hua Civilization controlled them all. Crossing between galaxies was normally forbidden without its approval, and applications faced strict scrutiny.

So they generally met only once every thousand years. Naturally, they made the most of the chance to learn from one another.

"The Tai Wei Hua put us all in the same place?" Rui Ji watched more and more enormous beings fill the VIP Plaza, growing increasingly displeased.

By custom, each civilization stayed in a different Star System. This time, they had all been crammed into one.

Worse, no one had evacuated the citizens from the VIP Plaza. They were allowed to stand around and watch! The thirty
