Background / History

Yao Chen lost both parents in childhood and was expelled from the Yao Clan because of his bloodline and other reasons. He rose from an ordinary Dou Ling to the renowned Venerable Yao, becoming one of the most respected figures beneath the Dou Sheng realm and a continent-famous alchemist. 116

His former disciple Han Feng was raised by Yao Lao from childhood and treated like a son. Han Feng's betrayal devastated him more deeply than the damage inflicted upon his body, leaving him as a fallen Soul Body for more than a century. 7 111 116
